Wonderful 1 bedroom apt of 70 sm, located in a strategic area close to central station, buenos aires and red/green/yellow metro station. It'sclose to several supermarkets, in a lively and nice area.
At the third floor of a traditional and small Milanese building of te beginning of XX century, just renovated, you'll enter in a lovely and completed renovated apt by architect.
The bedroom faces on the middle of an enchanting courtyard, the buzzing life of Milan will remain outside the gates, allowing peaceful rest in really quiet nights.
Double bed, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom with a very nice and confortable shower, free wi fi, cd player.
All design furniture, perfect for design lovers. Air conditioning/plasma 42"/washing and drying machine and really everything you need will be available for you! There is also a lovely balcon where you can have breakfast or a romantic dinner. I really hope you will enjoy your staying in my place!!
Great time in Milan! Marco is a very kind host, very interesting person, pity we didn't have time to enjoy his company, as we're in Milan for business matters. The apartment is very spacious and if the neighborhood is not the fanciest one in Milan, it's very convenient and close to the Central Station (600m), Metro M1 (400m) and tram 1 (400m), allowing you to reach any place in Milan in a very convenient way. There’s a small supermarket closeby and the apartment is new, tastefully decorated (my wife loved the Ingo Maurer’s lamp at the bathroom!), the bed is comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and you have a washing machine, so you don’t need to carry a big luggage around! And don’t carry a big luggage as there’s only stairs to reach the apartment!
Marco thanks for your kindness and next time we’ll enjoy the dinner event!
