The space
The villa is situated in the center of the coast of the Gulf of Castellammare, and it is close to all the most beautiful natural areas. It is 3 km from the long sandy beach of Alcamo Marina, a half hour from Zingaro natural reserve and from Scopello. In half an hour you can get a free source of natural sulfur thermal water, and a wellness thermal center. The apartment is located in a typical Sicilian countryside and is within a large fenced area full of olive trees that come up in contact with the house. There are many different fruit trees. And, in some periods of the year (not always), different types of organic vegetables, also. The house consists of a kitchen, bathroom, single bedroom, one double; and, also, one large room with separate entrance, which can be used as a double bedroom or as living room. Outside there is a large open space in the covered porches or trees to stay immersed in nature. There is an outbuilding with kitchen on the veranda, wood oven, barbecue and shower. Guided excursions on donkeys along rural paths to reach the medieval castle of Calatubo. In 10 minutes you arrive to a Carrefour supermarket, to a big bar and to the entrance of the motorway. In less than an hour to get to Palermo, Trapani (cheap Ryanair flights from all over Europe) and Mazara del Vallo. In 15 minutes you reach Castellammare del Golfo and Alcamo Balestrate. The villa has a covered parking. Pets are welcome. In the area there are numerous ongoing activities such as caving and scuba diving course. One can also rent small boats.

I think to be a lucky guy because I believe that the place where I live is perfectly suited to my personality. In fact I am a lover of nature especially when it is not affected by human intervention. In nature I like to practice different activities. I love jogging and trekking, swimming, to practice yoga, kayaking, spearfishing in apnea. I am a fan of Sicilian cuisine: I love both cooking and eating. And I see food as a very important element to really be in contact with a culture. Even though I love the Sicilian and Italian culture, I'm open to any other culture, or better, I think that learning about different cultures is a way to raise your spirit and also a way to have fun. I love traveling and I visited several European countries. I have been in England, Ireland, Spain, Hungary, Netherlands, Switzerland. I love to show to people all most beautiful I know of my land. I like to act as a tour guide and show both the most popular places in my area, and, especially, small paradises, less well known. Have fun in crowed beaches is beautiful, but It is also nice to be alone, or with some friends, in a breathtaking beach and be immersed in the silence, among the gulls. You really become part of nature. I love the entertainment and nightlife, drinking something with friends and know new people.
