The queen size bed is luxurious and very comfortable. Located in a 3000 sq ft private residence in an upscale area of San Francisco. Hardwood floors throughout. Brand New Flat Panel TV with cable in the bedroom. No smoking inside the unit. Shared main entrance from my front door. Quiet hours after 10pm on weeknights.
On street parking is available (and plentiful!) for evenings. Otherwise during business hours, there is 2 hour free parking on the street without a local resident permit.
Parking in driveway may be available for an additional $20 per day. Based on availability. No trucks, pick-up trucks, full sized cars or SUV's or minivans. Please check that vehicle length is no longer than 187 inches. If it is longer, I cannot let you park in the spot and you will have to deal with street parking and the two hour limits.

Walking distance to Golden Gate Park, the Presidio, and to Clement Street's great shopping and restaurants. 20-30 minute bus ride to Union Square, downtown, Haight Street, Castro and Fisherman's Wharf.

If you are renting the driveway spot, we ask you leave your car keys at our place in case we need to move your vehicle momentarily.

On week nights, we have quiet hours starting at 10pm so no loud television, music, etc. after 10pm. Weekends are less restrictive. Thanks for your understanding!
