The space
With over 4000 square feet of pure luxury, this four bedroom, five bath vacation rental is ideal for corporate meetings, family reunions, or just an intimate get-away. Many rooms have 12-foot high ceilings - just right for bringing in the incredible views of the Bay and Mountain Ranges around Puerto Vallarta.

The living room with 2 large couches also over look the private pool and then the beach and ocean. Great place for a nap!
There is a patio area that sits you right infront of the pool and ocean. There is also a large patio table so that you have the option of eating outside closer to the pool and ocean. No waiting in line for this table! No crowds, only the best ever!
The private pool at the Villa is not too big nor too small! Just perfect for everyone. We have plenty of pool toys to go with the pool or Paddleboards, Kayaks, and Boogie Boards for ocean fun!
el Cielo, Master Bedroom Suite, This master suite is Villa Karaway's crown jewel. Including a large covered veranda that overlooks the ocean and beach. A cozy separate sitting area for reading or just relaxing and a King sized bed. Bathroom includes a large shower. el Cielo truly is heaven on earth and so named for it's divine comfort.
el Sol, second bedroom, This room is a ray of sunshine for all who stay within its walls. Overlooking the fountain courtyard the sound of ocean and running water facilitating relaxation. Private shower and bath area and two queen size beds.
Next bedroom, Las Nubes, As if floating on clouds so can the King and Queen beds in el Nubes provide comfort and relaxation. The large private bath area provides a huge shower with double shower heads. This room overlooks the courtyard fountain and offers the sounds of ocean and water for ultimate relaxation.
Last bedroom, el Mar, Encompassed by the sea so will this room make you feel cozy and comfortable. The twin beds can be combined in this room to facilitate a king, if requested. Private bath and walk in closet. Overlooks a garden courtyard.
Dining room has large table to be able to fit 12 people! The view from the dinner table is the best you will find and it comes with a private chef! Cannot beat that!
Wake up and drink your coffee on the patio to the sound and view of ocean waves.
The services of the Chef and Maid are already included in the Airbnb rate that you pay. The only thing you need to pay for is the food, whether it's all-inclusive or not. Our chef will shop for all drinks and food for the group with or without the pre-paid option.
If you choose the pre-paid option, the chef will prepare you and your guests 2 meals/day from our menu. This cost can change and we will give you the current price upon booking with us.
If you choose not to do the pre-paid option, our chef will shop and prepare the meals. You will then be responsible to pay her directly for the food and drinks that are requested.
Of course, you can also choose to not use our chef and provide your own food. But keep in mind, this will not alter the price of the Airbnb rental.

We recently upgraded our Wifi to fiber optic! This means you can enjoy super fast internet in every room of the Villa.
Villa Karaway is entirely owned and operated by my family since the year 2000, we do not outsource anything to a rental company or service. This means we will personally strive to give you the best vacation possible and the personal touch that you deserve.
Guest access
The most efficient way to get around Puerto Vallarta is taxi or Uber. There are normally taxis sitting outside that you can wave down, or have the front desk call one for you. We are about 10 minutes from the Romantic Zone!
If you need transportation arranged from the airport, just let Hillary know and she will take care arranging it for you. You can also choose one of the many taxis that are outside of the airport.
Other things to note
This is an entire 3-story villa!
We recently upgraded our wifi to fiber optic. The wifi equipment is very sensitive, so please to not disturb it. If you have any questions of problems, please send a message to Hillary. You will have super fast internet in every room of the Villa!
We also recently added Nest Hub displays to every bedroom. You can ask them to play music, translate phrases to spanish, and much more! They will display a slideshow of photos that past guests of the Villa took.
We have stand up paddle boards, boogie boards, and kayaks for you to take to the ocean and enjoy!
Old town part of Puerto Vallarta is only a 10 min cab ride from the Villa!
Security Officers on duty 24/7. Gated Community. Lifeguard patrols the beach.
WE CAN ONLY HOST A MAX OF 12 PEOPLE, INCLUDING INFANTS AND CHILDREN. ANY VIOLATIONS OF THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN A LARGE FINE OF UP TO $1,000 USD PER EXTRA PERSON PER DAY AND IMMEDIATE EVICTION. NO MORE THAN 12 PEOPLE, NO EXCEPTIONS!
QUIET HOURS START AT 10PM. NO LOUD MUSIC OR LOUD GATHERINGS ARE TO HAPPEN OUTSIDE AFTER THIS TIME. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL. BREAKING THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN A FINE OF $2000/USD PER INSTANCE AND POSSIBLE EVICTION. NO PARTIES!!!
