Welcome to your haven of comfort and luxury! With four inviting bedrooms, three and a half baths, and a generous sleeping loft, our spacious retreat is designed to ensure your utmost satisfaction. You'll appreciate the convenience of a level entry and ample three-car parking, making access a breeze year-round.

Unwind in the main living room, complete with sumptuous reclining furniture, a roaring fireplace, and awe-inspiring floor-to-ceiling windows offering dramatic vistas. For entertainment, indulge in your favorite games or shows on the large Smart TV.

In our well-appointed, fully-equipped granite kitchen, whip up a delicious feast, perhaps a hearty pot of chili, and dine in style at the expansive dining table. Alternatively, savor your meals outdoors on the deck, where you'll find a gas grill, gas griddle, fire pit, and a spacious dining area.

Each bedroom boasts its own outdoor access, allowing you to step outside for a breath of fresh air or to relish a morning cup of coffee while gazing at the sunrise over the lake.

For your enjoyment are also a ready-heated jacuzzi, state of the art bbq and woodfired pizza oven, bocce ball court, and a kids jungle gym in the back yard.

QUIET HOURS are 10pm-7am. Parties are prohibited.

All entrances are being monitored for guest safety.

Outdoor wood burning fires are prohibited per local ordinances.

NO REFUNDS due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.

We are following strict guidelines to provide a safe stay during these changing times. Our home is being properly and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after all stays with a 72 hour wait before new guests arrive.

CAUTION: Leaving food outside, in the garbage or on the decks, is an open invitation to the BEARS and other wildlife living in the area and is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Spectacular lake views, quiet street, mountain wildlife, and close to Pinnacles and other hiking trails. Unfortunately, due to Lake Arrowhead Association Rules and Regulations, guest are not permitted lake access.
