Our clean and comfortable 2 BR with 2 baths located just off the BTS station but yet peaceful. It is a corner unit on a 2nd flr with a great light and good ventilation all day long. Perfect for 4 ppl with 1 king bed/1 single bed and a mattress.
This conveniently located apartment just off the Krung Thonburi sky-train station has 2
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a corner room on a second floor with a great light and good ventilation all day long.
The place can accommodate 4 people comfortably with 1 king-size bed, 1 single-bed and a comfortable mattress.
You are very well connected to all means of transportation. Sky-train station is just in front of the complex. The river pier is in a walking distance. Bus stop is in the front of the complex and taxi is available almost all the time here.
It is in a complex called "The Bangkok Satorn-Taksin" , very conveniently located just across Chaopraya river from Silom and Satorn, a financial and business district of Bangkok. The area is called "Taksin", just a walking distance from Chaopraya river. There are many local restaurants nearby on Charoen Nakorn road. This place is the best of both world as it is at the foot of the sky-train station called "Krung Thonburi" but once you turn into the project, it is very quiet and peaceful.
It is perfect for city excursion as it is well connected to both business district and shopping district like Silom/Satorn/Rajprasong/Siam Square and MBK. It is also very convenient to connect to the river boat taxi pier, just one station away from our apartment at "Taksin" station. By taking this river boat taxi, you can reach the grand palace and many other stops in the old town area without worries about the traffic.
The project has a swimming pool, gym and parking space available.
We have the washing machine and fully equipped kitchen ready for you to cook your own food. If you feel like exploring the local taste, it's not hard to walk to find simple local restaurants in the neighborhood. If the luxury dining is your choice then just one station from the front of the building will take you to the riverside that located all the five-stars hotel of Bangkok.
There is a community mall called "Senafest" that was just opened in April 2013. It is about 700 meters walking from our apartment. There is very good supermarket there called "villa supermarket". There are also many restaurants and shops inside this mall. You can walk there to check it out or store some food. I provide a map for this place for you at the unit.
There is a free wi-fi in our unit.
I prefer to receive 4 adult guests into my apartment but if you have small kids in your group, I don't mind to accommodate. The price I charge is the total price, you don't need to pay any additional fee. However, I use the advanced pricing scheme, meaning the price for each period is not the same, so please check carefully before you make a booking, or you can ask for details of the price for your requested period.
I will try to help out with anything you would like, to make your Bangkok stay most memorable.
Guest can use all the shared facilities of the complex like the gym or swimming pool.
Interaction with Guests
I do not live in the same building so i will leave the key with the staff of the building office to make it convenient for the guests to check in at any times. The office is opened 24 hours and you simply need to tell your name and the room number to them to get the key.
Taksin is a very local residential neighborhood. The area is getting more popular for the new high rises project after the extension of sky train route was made across the river. It is very convenient to connect to the Sathorn or Silom business district. It is also made an easy access to the river pier in order for the guests to explore the city via the river.
The apartment is right at the exit 4 of Krungthon Buri BTS station.
Other Things to Note
Since this is a residential building, paying respect to other residences by not making too much noises during your stay will be greatly appreciated.
1.Please do not smoke inside the unit.
2.Please treat my apartment with a reasonable respect by not bringing in other people to sleep with you.
3.Please do not drink alcohol besides the swimming pool as it is the public area for all the residences in the complex.
4.Please turn off the lights and air-conditioner every time you leave the apartment.
5.Upon your leaving, please put the garbage bag into the garbage room next to the elevator. This is important since I do not live in the same compound and the weather in Thailand is hot almost all year round, the garbage left in the apartment could result in a very bad smell.
6.Treat my place as your temporary home with a reasonable cleanliness. I do not expect my guests to clean up the apartment after their stay but some behaviors like using the body towel as the floor towel or having your shoes on into my apartment is unacceptable.
