Welcome to the beautiful renovated updated home built between 1913 and 1918. For the past 4 years my husband and I renovated the entire home with freshly painted walls, new flooring, new counter-tops, new updated bathrooms and kitchen. This home is Spacious for a family vacation, girls trip or a business trip with its own master ensuite equipped with everything that you will need to enjoy your stay and within minutes from everything in the Heart of Waco.

We will continue to maintain our high level of cleanliness and sanitation practices at Brook Oaks Place. Our cleaners are a member of the American House of Cleaners Association with a certified cleaners and Covid-19 certifications.*

It doesn't matter if you are a couple or a group of 4 our home has plenty of space and comfort for everyone that is traveling.
The entire house is furnished with all the essentials that you will need. The home has an open living area, dining room, kitchen and a separate laundry room with a large washer/dryer set. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher along with pots, cooking utensils and dishes for cooking up your tasty meals while you're in town.

While my husband and I have spent the past 4 years renovating the entire house we still have to paint the porch so excuse the not so pretty little porch but there are chairs so you can enjoy the view.
There is a a huge backyard that we have not landscaped yet but it is clean to hang out if you would like to bring a folding chair and sit in the backyard.

The house is 2.1 miles from Magnolia Market, 4 mins from Harp Design, 2 blocks from Camera Park Zoo, 3 mins from Brazos Park East, 3.1 miles from McLane Stadium, 4.4 from Magnolia Table, 6.7 miles from Providence Hospital, 11.1 miles from Baylor Scott and White Hospital, 2 miles from downtown Waco, minutes from Baylor and more!

Although there is so much growth and development in our little neighborhood, Brook Oaks Place is special. This house was purchased by Twa's Dad before he left for the Army in 1968 for her Grandmother. Since then many family members have shared and lived in the home until May of 2015 when Twa and her husband Chris started renovating. Lots of blood, sweat and tears have gone into the updates since June of 2015. The street is quiet, and the neighborhood is comfortable. It's a work in progress but we are ready to share and open to any suggestions! This is truly a family home and Twa can't wait to share it with your family! Thank you for choosing to stay with us!

We have been host to many that are here for a girl's weekend at the Silos, Silo District Marathon, IRONMAN Triathlon, Disc Golf Pro Tournament, Baylor football game at McLane Stadium , Graduation at the Ferrell Center and many more activities to our travelers.
