Interaction with Guests

We will be happy to interact with you and give you all the tourist info you need for the area and NYC. We also give people their privacy as we are not often at home and it really doesn't feel as we are many people in the apt all at once.

  • Stephanie is such a great host, her family welcomed us so nice and everything worked out really good. she provided us with a metro map and gave us some tipps where to go. there was even room for our things in the kitchen. the room and bathroom were really clean and it was no problem at all to share the bathroom with the other guests. a metro and bus stop was just a short walk away and it was easy to get around, about 15 min to times square. stephanie has a lot of experience and she's been hosting people for a long time so I would definitely stay there again!

  • Stephanie was correct and very helpful and she has lovely kids. The house was clean and in spite of the kids it was quiet. The room is a little bit small, but enough space for 2 persons. We would recommend this place to everyone.

  • Stephanie is a welcoming host, and very friendly. We enjoyed our stay at her hospitality. The room is a little bit small for two of us, but should be more acceptable if you are traveling alone. The location is great, very close to Central Park, the community seems quite and safe.

  • This was a wonderful experience. The space was exactly as described and Stephanie was a great host. This was our first trip to NYC. She accommodated our arrival time, provided us with maps and showed us where everything we wanted in the city was and how to get there. The subway station is one block away which was a wonderful convenience. Central park is also just one block away. Stephanie's family was all very polite and we thoroughly enjoyed staying with them. If we go to NYC again we would definitely stay at Stephanie's again. I would recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit New York City.

  • The room was exactly as described, very clean with a perfect location very close to Central Park. The subway is only 3min from there, with a direct line to south Manhattan. Stephanie was very nice and easy going.
    I definitely recommand this place!

  • Good location, easy access, room number 4 as the pictures.
We enjoyed sleeping in Manhattan (usually Brooklyn or Staten Island), more expensive buth worth it. Stephanie was out for the week end, but it was easy to reach her.

  • We originally booked a room at their B&B unfortunately we couldn't stay there but got offered a room in their shared apartment instead. We got a very warm welcome, information (tube map, city guide) to get us started and their telephone number in case we needed anything which was very helpful. Stephanie's family is lovely and always happy to help/give you extra information. Even though there were 7 adults and three kids in the apartment it was relatively quiet. We were able to use their well equipped kitchen and all the rooms were clean and lovely. The check in and check out times were very flexible, great if your flight arrives late like ours. Very nice and central location. There are two metro stations around the corner as well as supermarkets and central park. Good value for money.

  • Sophie was very nice and gave me a lot of helpful information. The possibility to call her anytime was great, but I didn`t need it. The room was very clean, and even it was small I had enough space for all my stuff.
also the kitchen and the bathroom were very clean. I would stay there again!

  • Stephanie and her assistant were very accomodating. On arrival there were guides and maps of places and things to do, which was a nice touch. The location was great - close to subway station, within walking distant to Harlem attractions like Sylvias Soul Food and Red Rooster. It was in walking distance of Central Park (North). The room and amenities were clean and as described. Would highly recommend anyone looking for affordable NY accomodation to stay here!
