The guest suite is made up of a large bedroom with two twin beds, dressers and a closet, plus a sitting room with a fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven and microwave, and a full bath -- this is all your private space on the fourth floor of my house. I live on the other three floors. I only take one guest (or one party of two guests) at a time, so you will have this top floor all to yourself and I (and my pets) will be the only other person in the house. You'll get a key to the house and a parking pass.
There is strong wi-fi throughout the house. Nice cotton sheets, fluffy towels and basic toiletries are provided. I have two dogs and two cats who love attention.
NB: Guest suite is on the fourth floor of my house. Lots of stairs!
I live right downtown and the bus station (Peter Pan/Greyhound) and train station (Amtrak) are only a few blocks away. I can often pick guests up at the bus or train stations. Bradley International Airport is about a 20 minute drive.

Erica met us on our arrival to give us the key and show us our rooms. Our accomodations were as described. Erica answered emails quickly. We enjoyed our 3 night stay in this charming, historic home. The neighborhood was safe for us to walk downtown to the Mass Mutual Center daily. Sorry we didn't have time to go to the museums, a stones throw away. Thank you Erica for sharing your lovely home with us.
I had a great stay in Erica's fourth floor suite. I arrived relatively late at night, and Erica met me at her door. She was very friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood was very nice and historic-looking. The room I stayed in was private and I felt very comfortable spending the night. It was easy to get back on to the highway for traveling in the morning. All and all a great stay!
I used Erica's home as a location to film interviews for a TV series. Erica was very professional and helpful during the planning process. It's always nice to find helpful locals for my film crew while they travel in places I am unfamiliar with. Erica was super accommodating and made the day smooth for everyone. The home was beautiful, lovely house in a nice area. The crew had a great day.
Erica was accommodating in meeting me for the key and parking pass for I was on the run for my niece's graduation weekend at Smith College. The room is exactly as pictured. I had the whole floor to my self but didn't really get to make use of it for I only had one night there. I did manage to take a one hour stroll one block from her place to see the Suess characters in bronzed at the museum gardens. Wished I had more time in Springfield to explore. Definately would love to come back. Btw the bed was very comfortable.
Erica's home is lovely and in nice pocket neighborhood near downtown Springfield: a great substitute for the Marriott or Sheraton, with free (on street) parking. Erica was extremely accommodating of my arrival schedule, communication was easy, and the space was exactly as advertised.
I didn't spend much time at the house but Erica was attentive to my arrival and departure and made sure I was comfortable before heading on her way. For what I needed for the weekend, it worked well!
