This bright and cozy, clean, disinfected End-Unit townhouse was purpose designed to have rental guests exclusively, enhancing the level of disinfection possible, by not having the personal affects of another family in the unit during your stay. Perfectly situated in the heart of Muskoka, the 1500 sqft three-bedroom open concept unit is situated a short drive to downtown Bracebridge, and a few minutes walk to riverside walking trails this location boasts the best of both town and country living.

The space
The cleanliness of this property has been, and continues to be of paramount importance to us and our guests. This unit was purpose designed to have rental guests exclusively, enhancing the level of disinfection possible, by not having the personal affects of another family in the unit during your stay.

We continue to clean and disinfect the property, (based on recommendations by Health Canada, and The Center for Disease Control), with products approved to help prevent the spread of germs and viruses including Covid – 19, to ensure the enjoyment and safety of our guests.

The exceptionally bright 1500 square foot end unit town-home with private entrance is the perfect location to discover all that the north has to offer.

Three bedroom suite is fully furnished with a King size master bed with en-suite, two queen size beds with new mattresses and bedding.

Main floor TV with satellite, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen including a table for six, dishwasher, glass top stove, full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, clean bedding, bath towels, as well as some books, games, cards, and a bean bag chair!

The suite also comes with two full, bright and clean three-piece bathroom including rain shower, and a main floor two-piece powder room.

The suite also has a dedicated for guest use laundry pair on the main floor.

The property has views of natural surroundings from the large deck and yard out back. There is also a barbecue for use on the deck (in season).

The guest area is accessed by the front entrance to the townhouse.

Other things to note
The cleanliness of this property has been, and continues to be of paramount importance to us and our guests.

We continue to clean and disinfect the property, (based on recommendations by Health Canada, and The Center for Disease Control), with products approved to help prevent the spread of germs and viruses including Covid – 19, to ensure the enjoyment and safety of our guests.

To help reduce the potential spread of germs and viruses we will not be accepting any next day reservations, leaving 24 hours between guests to allow for appropriate cleaning, disinfecting, and an estimated greater dissipation of any potential virus on hard surfaces.

We continue to follow these cleaning and disinfecting guidelines for the property between guests:

1. Ventilation of rooms between guest stays.
a. Allowing fresh air to circulate for at least 20 minutes. When possible, leaving all windows open during the entire day of the cleaning process.

2. Washing hands thoroughly before and after each cleaning.
a. Using soap and water, and washing for at least 20 seconds.
b. When available, using a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

3. Clean, then disinfect.
a. Using detergent or soap and water to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, spraying and wiping with a disinfectant with disposable and or washed, clean wipes.

4. Using the right disinfectant.
a. Listed by the Health Canada, CDC Including:
i. Listed disinfectants
ii. Cleaning solutions with diluted household bleach or at least 70% alcohol, or approved chemicals (believed to be most effective against Covid 19).
iii. Paying special attention to frequently touched surfaces, like light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucet handles. (full list of surfaces disinfected at the bottom of the page.)

5. Cleaning and disinfecting Sofas, rugs, drapes, and other soft, porous surfaces.
a. Carefully removing any visible dirt or grime,
b. Using the appropriate cleaners and methods indicated for use on these surfaces. Including where possible, machine-wash soft items according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

6. Wearing disposable gloves while cleaning.
a. Gloves thrown out after each cleaning.
b. Making sure to wash your hands immediately after gloves are removed.

7. Not reusing microfiber cloths, mops, and sponges when cleaning the property for a new guest.
a. reusable products will be machine-washed at the highest heat setting that’s appropriate for the material, with soap and approved disinfectants.

8. Wash all linens at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer.
a. Including bed sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, and blankets.

9. Emptying the vacuum cleaner after every cleaning.
a. Wiping down the vacuum cleaner with disinfectant, along with appliances including dishwasher and washing machine.

10. Restocking supplies for guests to use during their stay including, (when available):
a. Antibacterial hand sanitizer
b. Disposable gloves and wipes
c. Hand soap
d. Paper towels
e. Tissues
f. Toilet Paper
g. Extra towels and sheets

These are the steps we are taking to provide a clean environment for our guests. Despite our best efforts, however, we do not make any guarantees as to the success of our cleaning procedures against the Covid 19 virus.

Please make sure to do your own due diligence and take your own steps to prevent the spread of any Virus or Ailment.
