15 minutes from Barcelona by train or by car, in the middle of the Collserola park. surrounded by trees, this place is ideal to rest and retire after a day in the city or at the beach. A fully equipped studio with a separate kitchen and separate bathroom. Free WiFi is included, fireplace, and a small garden facing the forrest to relax or barbecue a quick meal. The hosts live in the attached house and will be available to cater for particular needs or indicate possible outing or excursions.
The environment offers all the calm and tranquility of home in the country side, but a 15 minute drive will take you to the center of town. The suburban train is about 1 mile away and a neighborhood bus can take you to the stations in a few minutes. In 18 minutes the train will take you to the center of Barcelona. The nearest beach is a 20 minute drive away, and it is a great place to start back country excursions.
If you depend on public transportation, note that the trains do not run between 1:00am and 6:00am.
If you want to alternate from museum visits and the beach you can enjoy the cooler Colserola park at your doorstep. The Collserola park is one of the favorite place for Barcelonians to go hiking, mountain biking, or collecting mushrooms.

We spent one of the best months of the year in this amazing studio.
Studio has very nice, large, bright and cosy room with wonderful views of the sunrises and sunsets on background of the hill.
There are all home comforts, ranging from the comfortable kitchen room and ending with good Internet.
We are very grateful to the responsive and kind hosts Matthieu and Sandra for the given opportunity to live in their wonderful studio.

Everything with the visit was excelent!
Even though it felt like we were cut out from the busy life of Barcelona, it was still very easy reachable!
Beautiful scenery and very comfortable studio.
Matthieu and family are as well very good people!
Couldn't be better!
The apartments are very cosy and comfortable. We were impressed by their unusual interior, enjoyed nice view from our window and fresh air. Living there we had everything necessary and even more.
The apartments are close to Barcelona in a quiet place. It takes you only 20 minutes to walk to the train (every half an our there is a bus, but the road is so nice that we prefered to walk) and other 20 minutes to go by train to the center of Barcelona. Matthew and Sandra are very nice and friendly and are always ready to help.
Apartment is exactly how the pictures perceive it. Light, airy and clean, kitchen fully equipped although no oven. The views were fantastic from the window and was great to wake up to every morning. Matthieu was very helpful and picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at the end of our stay. Told us to let him know if there was anything we needed (for example a BBQ) and helped us with information about the area. The only down fall is that the walk to the train station is about 20 minutes. It's along one road, so you can not get lost but very hilly. We were keen walkers so that did not bother us, but if you're not then the bus only comes every 1.5 hours. Trains from La Floresta were very regular and you can jump on any train from Catalunya as they all stop at La Floresta.
