Peace and quiet

Guests say this home is in a quiet area.

Mountain view

Guests say the views are lovely.
This is a working farm with some animals: cows, chickens, ducks, dogs and some beehives close by. It is a pet-friendly RV. It is located on top of a large hill that overlooks the Appalachian Mountains with beautiful views. It is centrally located to Knoxville, Bristol, Morristown, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg.

The space
This RV has a king-size master bed, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 full-size sofa bed, and a large bunk bed for the kids (See Pictures). This RV has no black water tank. It has a regular flushing toilet that flushes directly into the septic system. Therefore, no odors to worry about.

Guest access
Guests can access all parts of the farm. There is a pond with some small bass in it and lots of frogs.

Other things to note
Small dogs please under 40 lbs. The thing to remember is this is a working farm where critters run loose.
