Shoreline on Beaver Lake. Come enjoy the peaceful easy feeling, located on a private road lake community. It feels like you’re way out in the country, but we’re one of the few exceptions of being Really close to town and the hwy to get to all the activities NWA offers! Lakefront, lake view, kayak, paddle board, canoe and fish right from the front yard. Easy gentle slope to water.
The space
This is a split level home. We live on the bottom level, you will have complete and private access to the top level which is the main living quarters of the house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. You will have a private entrance and full covered deck/balcony overlooking the lake. The water is literally right out the front door!

Our house is fully stocked to meet any of your needs from the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and lake. Very short drive into town for restaurants, grocery, shopping and entertainment. Bring your boat, wave runners, kayaks and canoes, we have plenty of parking space. If you just want to swim and float, we have plenty of lifejackets, floaties, rafts, paddle board and 2 kayaks.
High-speed Wi-Fi internet and Roku TV.

Our house is a country lake getaway but super close to town. Approximately 5 miles to downtown Rogers, 12 miles to Wal - Mart Amp, 10 miles to Crystal Bridges, 21 miles to XNA airport, 30 miles to Eureka Springs, 19 miles to War Eagle Mill and 33 miles to University of Arkansas. Plenty of parking for your boat and wave runners.
