IMPORTANT: The listing says that the bathroom and some areas are shared, but this is NOT the case. Guests will have complete privacy. The room that guests rent has direct access to the bathroom and has an extremely comfortable king-size bed. It is important to note that the apartment is located on the first floor and you have to climb 18 steps and there is no elevator so for people who have very little mobility I do not recommend it. On the other hand, the condominium's gardens are the most incredible you can imagine.
