Welcome to our mountain home. It’s the best place to relax and enjoy the tranquility and sounds of nature and all their glory! Special decor for Easter, Fall, Thanksgiving, and Christmas (the whole month of December)! You'll have the comfort of a modern home in the mountains. Three 55” HDTVs with Netflix, Prime Video (Amazon), and YouTube and other free channels, Internet/WiFi, Central Air and Heating, Fully Equipped Modern Kitchen, comfortable beds, liners, and pillows, hot tub strictly prohibited for children under 16, Outdoor Movie Theater. You can watch a movie from the Hot Tub! Kids friendly dishes!

Essential herbs, spices, and teas are available.

NO Smoking.

Child and infant friendly. Dog friendly, from SMALL to BIG dogs :) , all breeds. No pet fee. Dog owner must tell host if dog is coming. We look after Dream View dogs, so that there are rules that owners must comply with regarding dogs and host will send this list to guest bringing pets. Dog shedding? Host asks owner to vacuum floor.
Guest must remove Trash at the end of visit and take to the local landfill 5 miles away.
Guest must tell host when dogs, infants or children will be in the house. Guest must provide no less than 48 hour notification before check in to bring a pet.
We do not accept puppies under 1 year or any pet not fully house trained .
No cleaning fee.

Hot tub Safety is our priority, so owner will meet guests to explain hot tub use procedures. Guest must have open and clear communication with host and give host estimated time of arrival to property within 24 hours of checking in.
Failure to openly communicate plans or meet upon check in with host to go over hot tub use procedures, may result in unavailability of hot tub.! Tub will remained locked until host arrival on Tues, Wed, or Friday morning or Sat and Sun.
