It was a pleasure to stay with Susan at Seggie farm. She was a warm and gracious hostess and welcomed us like extended family. Our room was fresh clean and tidy. She helped in innumerable and extremely practical ways in assisting us and navigating and settling my daughter in school at St. Andrews. We look forward to the opportunity to stay at Seggie farm again
Room very cozy, clean and comfortable. Very close to St Andrews. But best of stay Susan. Very attentive and fun. He received us with a real good cakes and prepared us a great breakfast. He gave us good recommendations for our trip.
It makes you feel better than at home.
Susan's warm & friendly welcome kick started a great trip to St Andrews for me. The accommodation was comfortable, clean & well maintained. I returned every day to a cleaned & tidied bed & bathroom as well as a plate of homemade goodies - amazing chocolate treats, meringues, shortbread & apple pie! Me and my expanded waistline will return!!!! Absolutely brilliant value for money! Cheers Susan.
Susan is a lovely host, I had some great chats, she made me feel right at home. I was only here for one night but I had a super lazy time in my room watching tv, using the wifi and enjoying lovely cups of tea from the welcoming tea tray, accompanied by some fab sweet treats, a nice surprise. Bed was comfortable and cosy, the shower was fantastic, powerful and hot, I wished I needed another shower later that evening because it was so good. I didn't get to join in the breakfast experience but it looked great in a lovely bright dining room, Susan very kindly made me a bacon roll to take away on my travels. I'm happy to have found this place, I will come back again. I travel by bus and there are 2 express buses which takes just 8 minutes from St Andrews that drops you less than 10 minutes walk from the farm, great for people like me who aren't travelling by car. Thank you again for a nice stay x
Susan made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and clean and she provided a delicious breakfast. The location is close enough to St Andrew's to be convenient, yet far enough away to be quiet and rural.
I had a brilliant time at the Seggie Farm B&B. It was the perfect choice for my weekend trip up to St Andrews for a wedding. Susan was incredibly friendly and helpful. She brought me complementary milk and dessert as well as wine up to my room each night on top of the already-included breakfast. The wifi was quick and reliable. The television had all the basic tv channels you would expect of any hotel. The B&B was clean and spacious and had a great view of the Scottish countryside. The transport links are within walking distance. Leuchars train station is also close by. For anyone wishing to go to St Andrews, if a bus is not ideal, it is only a £10 cab ride away. On my final day, Susan also gave me a ride back to Leuchars station. I am very glad I chose to stay at the Seggie Farm B&B and would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit the area.
Susan is a really great hôte, she is really kind. The room was confortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The only think, it was a little bit noisy early on the morning. Aniway we recommend it!

I have been running our Bed and Breakfast for 26 years. My husband is a farmer and we have 2 grown-up children. As well as beef cattle we have 2 dogs called Pip and Rusty. I love horses, walks, going on holiday and have recently started learning to play the saxophone.
