Had a great stay at Piero's place in Old town. It was exactly as described with a clean en-suite bathroom. Just off the beaten path in old town.
Very happy, just as described and a friendly host. Thanks.
피에로는 너무 친절한 호스트입니당 :) 맛집도 알려주고 방도 넓고 깨끗햇으요~
집 위치도 너무 좋았구 편안히 잘묵었습니다
Piero was very attentive host and his airbnb is located in one of the most beautiful garden alley's in Dubrovnik. He helped me with my heavy suitcase upon my arrival and woke up real early for my departure to carry it down the stairs. The room is small and cozy but has everything you need. The share bathroom was not a problem during my stay. You might want to travel light as you will need to climb some stairs to reach the place but most of Dubrovnik's old town rooms are located up the hill.
Piero, our host was very helpful from the moment we arrived. He outlined the best places to eat which helped considering the sheer number of options in the Old Town. The location of the accommodation couldn't be better, right in the Old Town but tucked away in a very quiet street so no noise whatsoever at night.
We had left a couple of beers in our fridge to have upon our return from two days on one of the islands and Piero's mother ( i think ) had seen me go to collect them from the fridge only to find one instead of two. She had thought they were left over and had drunken one. Not really an issue for us but she was so gracious with her apologies and gave us three beers and some nuts to say sorry and compensate. It was a lovely gesture and much appreciated and you wouldn't get it everywhere. I would highly recommend Piero's apartment rooms to stay in if you visit Dubrovnik.
Piero was very reactive when it came to giving us the keys and showing us his place. He gave us advices about where to eat and was receptive to our demands. The place was clean and in the old town, making the city tour easier. There were never the less two drawbacks : the room wasnt the one on the photo and the matress was really bad/old... not so dramatic as we only spent one night there...
Piero gave me perfect directions to the apartment, check in was easy, and the time he took to show us around and give us traveling advice was perfect. The apartment looked exactly what I expected from the photos. My sister and I had a great stay.
