Everything you need is just a few blocks away in every direction. Our world famous beach & boardwalk with eateries and amusement parks is all right at your fingertips. You can catch some rays on the beach or take a relaxing walk on the boardwalk. The boardwalk is three miles long & is also great for jogging, bike riding and skateboarding.

The space
This is on of the four suites that we have available in our multi-unit rental. All four suites are identical and have a custom design. This suite is located on the second floor, there is one flight of stairs to climb to get to it.

Guest access
This suite is allowed one parking spot in our driveway. The driveway is a shared space with all other guests on our property. There is free street parking that is first come first serve or there are pay to park lots you may park at.

There is also a large deck that is a shared space between the four suites and house that are on the property.

Other things to note
There is one parking spot per unit. We have five units on the property and our driveway only fits five regular sized vehicles. Each unit is allotted one parking spot. There is free parking on the street that is first come first serve or you may park across the Rt. 50 bridge at the West Ocean City Park & Ride for free. The park and ride is a 5 minute round trip from the units.

Each bed room has one bunk bed in them. The bottom bunk is a double bed and the top bunk is a single bed. There is also a pull out couch bed in the kitchen/living room.

We are legally only allowed to have six guests in this unit. No additional guests may stay.

We are not permitted to have a grill on our property. Please do not bring one or use one.

We have a 10:00pm quite time and no parties rule. There is someone keeping an eye on our property at all times.

PLEASE NOTE: The person booking the reservation must be staying during the entire duration of the reservation. We do not allow guests to give their reservations to other people if they can not make the trip unless pre-approved before hand by myself or Amber. Trips can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the arrival date or rescheduled to a later date if you can not make it.
