The private entrance through the backyard to our large 440 sqft master en-suite suite (sound dampened from main house) with duel vanities, Claw foot bathtub and large separate shower. California King bed!

The space
This place is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance. The host have installed some sound dampening panels between the house and en-suite. However, muffled noises and voices may still be heard by sensitive hearing. We live in the main house so if it is too loud please don’t hesitate to ask for the tv or music to be turned down or ask that we be a bit quieter. We won’t be offended. Ear plugs are provided for the not so sound sleepers. Feel free to relax on the round couch perched above the pool. We heat the pool in the winter months but you must notify us 24 hours before check in if you want it heated. Charge is $15 per day you want it heated and will need to be paid 24 hours prior to check in. (We will send an extra services request for money upon receiving we will set the heater automatically turn on. Heater is on from 1:30pm to 7:30pm It will remain warm but eventually will start to cool off over night. Located in the heart of the Coronado Historic District we are conveniently 5 miles from the airport, 2 miles from downtown and walking distance from some great restaurants and bars…a quick Uber/Lyft ride anywhere you would like.

The room is about 440 sq ft with a private entry in to the bathroom from the backyard. The bedroom has a SmartTV (log in and out of your apps etc), refrigerator, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. Bathroom is huge with walk in shower, claw foot bathtub and two vanity sinks.

Please see house rules on pool heating criteria. The entire backyard and pool is shared space with the hosts and another Airbnb guest house on the property. We ask that you ask if anyone other than the 2 guests staying on property would like to visit.

Other things to note
Smoking of any kind is outside only. Please use the ashtray provided outside as well. If smoking of any substance is detected inside, a $250 fine will be applied.

We have two dogs (Otis small Brussels Griphon and Dave the mutt) who often greet our guests and love the attention. We ask you to ensure the gate is closed at all times so they do not roam away from home.

Neighborhood highlights

The Coronado Historic district is one of the up and coming neighborhoods in Phoenix. You will find people out and about most evenings walking their dogs and stopping to chat with each other. it garners great people that go out of there way to say hello and welcome strangers as if they were part of their family. There are so many perfect coffee shops, restaurants and a nice large park all within in walking distance. Try Barrio Cafe for Mexican fair, El Chullo for Peruvian, TMI for comfort and friendly faces and Ollie Vauhns or for breakfast. These are just a few of the many places in the neighborhood so feel free to ask and we will point you in the right direction.
