Wonderful "Girls Weekend" place located on Elms Boulevard. Plan your Chamber Trolley trip, massage at The Elms Spa or New Age Skin Spa, or dinner at Ventana Gourmet Grill, all within walking distance! Not only perfect for a girls weekend, but a family gathering would have plenty of room or if you attending one of the many local events or just spending hours exploring the town. A short, level walk to everything the heart of Excelsior Springs has to offer.

The space
Newly updated 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is very spacious and able to accommodate 10 people comfortably. Built in 1910, this Queen Anne home has a large living room with a relaxing sectional giving plenty of seating to binge watch on our large Smart TV. In the open kitchen, you'll find all the essentials needed to prepare a simple meal and plenty of room to recruit some help. Enjoy some fun in the game room with Monopoly or Clue or soak in our original clawfoot tub. If you want some wind in your hair, take out for a walk and do a little antique shopping at the newly remodeled Fishing River Market or visit Amy at Bliss to see her latest creations and take home a treasure. Dubious Claims Brewery will bring you the Chiefs game while delighting your taste buds and Bluebird Couture keeps you looking fashionable with the latest trends. Relax at nearby Elms Spa with a massage or make your way to the Chamber office to catch the trolley for one of the great excursions they offer. Ventana Gourmet Grill has the best cheescake in the area while Willow Spring Mercantile carries the largest selection of Missouri wines in the area. We can't be only 30 minutes from downtown KC and not boast our own award winning local BBQ joint, Wabash BBQ, all just steps from your front door.

Take your pick of the bathroom you would like to use. Go for the antique tub or the large shower. Each bedroom offers something different. The master has the large bathroom attached while the others have wonderful views. You will have access to your bedroom and the rest of the house. The unused bedrooms will be locked.
