the apartment is nice and well located. It is great if you come with kids since the living room turned into a great room for our 18 years old daughter. the main problem was the communication with the host!!!when we called for the key when arriving there was no answer from any of the telephone numbers and it was very stressful!!after an hour of calling and sending messages we tried to ring the bell of the apartment and one of the assistance were there . If we knew ahead of time it would save us all the trouble.
When we left the place we contacted the numbers that were given to us from the assistant, since we wanted to order a taxi to the airport. Again there was no answer from any of the numbers!!!we called a cab but he did not show up and we waited outside for 35 minutes . we took the underground and missed our flight to France. The connection must improve!! Overall we had a good experience in the stay itself but it could have being better if it would have handled right.
