Located one block off the West End of Main Street in Fredericksburg’s Historic District. Emma Haus offers an eclectic hill country vibe with a comfy king-sized bed, a newly remodeled bathroom with shower for 2, lovely front porch, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to kick your feet up and relax!
The space
You have a private walkway up to your tucked away entrance on the side of the guesthouse. Emma Haus is setup like a studio with a king-bed, queen sleeper sofa and lounge area all in the same space that opens to the full kitchen. The newly remodeled bathroom features a spa like feel with over-head rain shower and high end finishes. Other amenities include: 60 inch flat screen TV, coffee machine, blackout curtains, robes, washer and dryer and the perfect front porch to enjoy your coffee or wine!
Guest access
The entire guesthouse is yours, with private entrance and front porch with access to the front yard. Parking on street in front of Emma Haus. The owner’s primary residence is also on property. No access to backyard.

There is a 4moms pack n play and antique highchair for any families that want to travel a little lighter.

It’s the quite end of Main Street, the perfect place to sit on the front porch after a busy day, watch the sunset with a glass of local wine you bought that day… AND from time to time see whitetail deer eating in the neighbor’s yard...
