Live like a local in a fully furnished two bedroom, two and a half bath microhome on SE Division. Nationally renowned restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Ten blocks from trendy SE Hawthorne with its various shopping options.
Our place is a detached condo full of modern amenities including cable, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer/dryer, air conditioning, Blu-ray player, and covered bike parking. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin bed and pull out trundle. Bathrooms have showers only and dual flushing toilets.
Towels and linens provided as well as dining set for four. Kitchen also includes, coffeemaker, toaster, disposal, and combination oven/microwave. Whatever supplies are in the kitchen are for guest use, please help yourself.

We leave our guests to enjoy their time in peace, but are always reachable by cell or email.
Located near a major bus and bike route with easy access to downtown. Three different grocery stores are all walkable. Other nearby attractions include the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, Mt. Tabor, and Reed College/Rhododendron Garden.
There is a bus stop to downtown one block from the condo. Easy on-street parking can be found around the residential neighborhood.
No smoking. Please take shoes off inside home. Must adhere to condo association rules. Rental agreement required, see specifics below:

I agree that I and all of my family and/or guests understand and will abide by these policies:
1. The maximum occupancy of four individuals will not be exceeded.
2. We will be neighborly with no loud music or noise.
3. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Smoking is NOT allowed.
5. We will remove shoes upon entry and ask other visitors to do the same.
6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
7. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
8. Housekeeping: There is no housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, maid service is not included in the rental rate. An additional cleaning will be required every three months if the lease exceeds three months. This will be scheduled at the convenience of the guests but will require an additional cleaning fee.
9. Parking is on-street and Homeowners are not responsible for any damages or theft of vehicles or violations issued to guest.
Peyton Wuei, our host, was very accommodating during our stay. Her condo was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us with the restaurants, stores and more near us. We could walk or take the bus, which had a stop nearby. The neighborhood was wonderful, although the noise on the Division could be annoying at times. We would love to stay again while visiting our son in Portland.
Pey-Wuei was a great host! The condo was perfect for our 3-month stay. It was well equipped and furnished. She was very responsive to any of our concerns. It's in a great location with many nearby restaurants and bars. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family.
Pey-Wuei is incredibly responsive and made the stay very comfortable. The condo has a great location, is well-furnished, and has has all cooking essentials (salt, oil, etc). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for both short and long-term stays.
Pey-wuei was a great host! She is available if you need anything, but we found that everything was well equipped and functioning and didn't need to contact her. The unit was perfect for our 3-month stay, and street parking was always available. It's within walking distance to many eateries, which was a huge plus. One thing to keep in mind is that one of the rooms faces the main street so it could be loud if you're a light sleeper, but I had earplugs and it wasn't a problem at all. I'd stay here again!

The condo is a part of modern housing development on SE Division. SE Division is a great place to live. There a lot of restaurants, bars and useful facilities in a short distance.
The condo has great fittings like washer/dryer, wifi, tv, modern bathrooms and many more.
To make long story short: It's a great place for your stay in Portland!
Pey-Wuei went above and beyond to help us out during our stay at her condo. We were in a bit of conundrum when I found her place for us to live for a month while we were in between selling and buying a home. Her place was super nice and she was VERY accommodating with dates of move in and out. She responded quickly to any requests and was super supportive with us having little kids. I cannot say enough wonderful things of her place and her as a host. Plus you really can't get a better neighborhood for getting to know portland!
My friend and I absolutely LOVED staying at Pey-Wuei's condo. The highlights include a private bathroom for each bedroom, washer and dryer in the unit, and cable on a TV screen that can swivel around! It was everything we wanted, and more! The condo was sparkling clean when we got there and all our requests were met in a very timely manner. The one and only downside is that the condo is located on Division, which is a busy street even at night. Aside from this point, the condo is strategically located - in one direction you have Hawthorne and easy access to all its delicious eateries, in another direction you have the world-renowned Pok Pok, and in the opposite direction you have Stumptown Coffee and a really great food cart pod. You just can't go wrong! I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Portland!
As a mother of two young children, traveling has been much more limited these days. I love exploring new places, reading, theater, art, cooking/eating, and hiking.
