Guest access
Entire property. Guests will have exclusive access to the house and patios during their stay. Some portions of the property (some closet and garage cabinets) will be locked off from guest use. These areas will not be accessed or occupied during your stay and are primarily used for storage.

Other things to note
Spa heat is included in the nightly rate. To heat the pool is extra, $60 per night. Cleaning fee for BBQ Grill, $25.

The pool is serviced 2x per week (Tuesdays and Fridays) mornings.

The gardener comes 1x per week on Thursday's afternoon. These schedules are fixed and cannot be changed. Service dates will be disclosed in the step-by-step check in instructions sent on the day of your arrival.

Trash pickup scheduled weekly Mondays and Thursdays.
