My home is located in the South End arts district of Burlington; safe, quiet, and centrally located. Easy access from rt 89 with lots of easy off street parking for up to 4 cars. Blocks from Citizen Cider, Art's Riot, and other South End breweries, event spaces, and restaurants. Only 1/2 mile walk to Burlington's famous Church Street open air marketplace, Lake Champlain water front park, and bike path. The perfect location for full access to all of Burlington's unique attractions! STR RB-3306

The space
This South End home makes visiting Burlington easy. Large backyard, on site laundry, secret basement speakeasy lounge with pool table, couches and smart TV. The first floor features an open plan with bright kitchen, dining room, living space, a fully tiled bathroom with a shower, and another half bath. The first floor also has a futon couch that can fold out to be an additional sleeping space. The second floor features 3 bedrooms and one full bath. One large room with 2 queen beds, one standard room with a queen and a twin over twin bunk bed, and one smaller room with a twin over full bunk bed, all with memory foam mattresses.

Guests have access to ample off street parking, lots of unregulated on street parking, and a large, sunny back yard!

Other things to note
Friday nights you’ll find a popular food truck event across the street in the Barge Canal Market. Saturday morning, follow it up with the amazing Burlington Farmers Market, also right at the end of the street! Take a quick stroll and experience all the amazing local vendors at both events (summertime only)

Neighborhood highlights

The Burlington South End arts district is a great place to stay. It’s an up-and-coming part of the city with a lot of new businesses, breweries, restaurants, art, and event spaces popping up every year. Go on a local brew tour to Zero Gravity, Burlington Beer Company, Queen City Brewing, Switchback, and Citizen Cider, all 5 within about a mile from the house!

Oakledge beach is just 1.5 miles away and is a great place to get sun, go for a swim, bbq, play tennis, or just get your toes in the sand! The South End is a safe, quiet, neighborhood that is easily accessible from rt 7 and i89. We have lots of off street parking, so bring a friend!

In the morning, take a quick stroll across the street to the Farmer's market, Barge Canal Marketplace, Speeder and Earls, explore interesting antique shops and Myers Montreal style bagels. All within a 5 minutes walking distance.
