Resort fee and state taxes already included (another additional savings of approximately $21 per day). Fair and honest pricing with no unpleasant surprise fees.

Aloha and welcome to Luana Waikiki Hotel #110. An outstanding value and an awesome location. The hotel is located at the entrance to world famous Waikiki. It is a beautiful 4 star boutique hotel in the safe, cleaner, and quieter part of Waikiki. The property is surrounded by; Kalakaua Avenue, which runs the length of Waikiki; and surrounding the hotel on the other sides are the tranquil park grounds of the landmark Fort DeRussy. The inviting sands of Waikiki beach are only a 7 minute walk through Fort DeRussy park and around the Hale Koa Hotel. The Luana is located within half a block walking distance to most shopping, dining, and tourist destinations in Waikiki. Included with this condo rental is free parking at the Hale Koa parking structure which is behind the Luana and a short two minute walk away. Please remember to pick up AND return two room scan key cards and one parking scan card in the mailbox for condo #110. The combination for the lock will be given to you well before check-in.

We really enjoyed our stay in Phillip’s condo. He had so many little thoughtful amenities waiting, like cold drinks in the fridge, beach gear, coffee and tea. The place was clean and cozy. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Phillip!

Great value and location! Fantastic communication by Philip. Included parking was a huge plus. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay: beach supplies, coffee, condiments, etc,. Would definitely stay there again when back in Waikiki.
