Our 1 bed apartment in the Arc building, in the heart of Belfast City Centre, is located just a short walk from the shops, restaurants & city centre attractions.
Our apatement is fully furnished (includes a balcony) and comprises all the comforts of home, ensuring you a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Our kitchen is fully equipped if you fancy cooking. You can even enjoy dining al fresco on the balcony! Alternatively you can avail of the nearby restaurants.
This apartment is ideal for anyone over on business or for those who want to have a weekend city break.
As our apartment is situated in a residential complex it is definitely not suitable for Hens/ Stags/ Parties.

Titanic Quarter is also becoming a major social hub with a wide range of galleries, theatres, parklands and water sports facilities.
Major shopping complexes Victoria Square and Castle Court are also within easy reach of Titanic Quarter.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited
Please note holding parties of any kind in the premises will forfeit your damage deposit.
Our apartments are located in a residential area and therefore are unsuitable for parties, hen nights, etc.
The full deposit will be forfeited if we receive complaints from management companies or residents re significant noise after 9pm.
Lovely arriving a listing as see a little selection of snack, juice etc, making you will at home and welcome in listing.
Lovely neighbourhood close to city center (around 15 min walk) with nice dock area straight down to the water.
Didn't hear anything from the host other than upon arrival.

No hitches here! Check in/check out was easy with a lock box. Apartment was clean and quiet and closer to the city center than we anticipated. Couch also is a fold out bed in case two folks don't want to sleep in the same bed. There's a small grocery store in the apartment complex which helps with cooking. Wifi worked well.
The kitchen was slightly understocked with cooking ware - the pot is really only big enough for one serving of food, so it took us an hour to make enough pasta for the people we had over for dinner.
Small array of breakfast food was also provided on arrival!

I can only recommend this place!
The location of the apartment is really good, only a 20 minute walk to central City and there is Mace grocery store right outside the apartment. You can get all of your essentials there and save a long walk into central. The apartment had its ups and downs; but overall staying there was pretty good and looks better in person than on the pictures. Very cost too. Also there wasn't a key in the bedroom window. Getting a hold of the host was really bad. Communication could be a lot better and we were stuck outside the apartment on our first day. Thank you to the guy who has a friend living in the same building as us and buzzed us in! We also had a bit of a tiff about the car fob being taken. We were instructed to leave it in the locker if we didn't need it; so we did. Then on our last day we checked the locker and realised it was gone. So a tip for everyone, please have both of them on hand at all times!

We operate a virtual handover service in our Titanic Quarter Apartment. For the convenience of our guests the buzzer system is set up to call through to my mobile. This allows us to permit handovers outside of normal office hours. Linda called my mobile and I unfortunately did not reach the phone to buzz her in on the first attempt. Before I could contact the guest she was granted access by a fellow tenant who was entering the building at that time.
Our office, which is located in Belfast City centre, is open Monday to Friday from 8.45am – 5.30pm. We contact each guest during their stay to check how they are settling in. Outside of office hours an on-call rep’s number is prominently displayed in the apartment. We are therefore always easily contactable and readily available. Linda did not contact us until the day of departure to report that the key fob had unfortunately went missing. We are currently trying to resolve this issue amicably and mitigate this loss.
Booking was easy with clear & regular communication. Check-in procedure very slick, though the people that built the apartments decided to make finding the allocated parking spaces a puzzle worthy of the Krypton Factor! Apartment itself was modern, clean and well-equipped. Lovely touch was a few basic groceries waiting for us, though there's also a shop just outside the door (doesn't sell alcohol). Location is absolutely superb, a stones throw from the Titanic exhibition and just a short walk to the City Centre. Very quiet area. Some minor niggles but I've fed them back to Shane and hope he'll address them soon as they take the edge off what would otherwise be a superb apartment.

My husband and I stayed at one of Shane's properties in the Titanic Quarter. The communication with his rental company was very good, but we did find the directions for when you first get to the place to be a bit confusing. It took us a long time to find the parking stall and originally went into the wrong lift. More clear instructions on exactly what floor level the parking is on, etc.. would be appreciated.
After all that though, the apartment is a great size for a couple and is nicely decorated. We didn't really use the kitchen much, but the full kitchen is very nice. It also has a bit of an outside deck to partially view the water. Great size bathroom and we used the washer and dryer in the apartment, which was a bonus. No problems with the Wifi.
If you are interested in all things Titanic related the location of the apartment is perfect, but it is a bit far away from the main centre of town and other attractions. There is not much around this area outside of things to do with the Titanic. Even grocery related, restaurants etc.. Belfast is a pretty walkable city though. It took about 20 minutes to walk from the apartment to the main centre. It would be nice to have a binder with some suggestions on things to see and do in Belfast, as well as recommended places to eat or recommended pubs. Overall though, we had a good experience with the accommodation. Thank you!

The apartment is conveniently situated especially if you would like to visit some tourist attractions such as the Titanic Museum and Samson & Goliath Cranes. The city centre is about 15 mins walk away and the apartment is really easy to locate. The rooms are clean and has proper heating with necessities provided. My flight was terribly delayed during my visit and the hosts made an extra effort to make sure everything goes smoothly. Clear instructions were provided because I reached the apartment really late. Overall, I would say that it has been a very pleasant place to stay in!
