  • This apartment was excellent! So spacious and loved having the two bathrooms. It was in a great location, just a small walk to the Titanic exhibition and into town. The check in process was so easy, Aileen explained everything with great detailed and there was a detailed manual for us to read as well. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay there again! Thanks :)

  • There is a lot to like about this place. Shane and Aileen communicated promptly and effectively. They responded to all of our questions and addressed all of our needs (e.g., a fan, a coffee maker, an air mattress). The flat is in a good location and it is a very nice space with lots of light. We only had a couple of problems. We hit a rare heatwave in Belfast in which it was too hot to keep the windows closed and too loud (highway below) to open them and sleep well. We also thought that paying 15 GBPs to clean sheets for an extra cot (an air mattress on the floor) was a bit high. But we did like having a free space for parking the car and we enjoyed the helpfulness of Aileen and Shane.

    Hi Leigh

Thank you for staying with us and I am very pleased to have met you and your family, and that you enjoyed your stay with us. I hope you enjoyed seeing Belfast in beautiful sunshine!

I am sorry we were unable to reduce the £15 for the air bed and linen - the £15 Aileen quoted prior to arrival covered laundry expenses only so we were unfortunately unable to waive that for a 2 night stay.

I hope to see you again if you are over in Belfast for another visit!

    Kind regards

    Shane

  • I was met by Aileen who gave me lots of important info about the flat and once I was in the flat the view was awesome. Looking out over were Titantic was built and could see for miles on a clear day. The flat is excellent with 24 hour concierge and very good facilities. Highly recommended.

  • Very nice apartment! Shane an Aileen were very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Location is excellent and only a few min walk to city centre. Would definitely stay again!

  • This is not a typical AirBnB place as it is operated through a commercial property company and whilst Shane was very attentive this apartment does not haven't the personal touch' at all. It is certainly comfortable, clean and for the most well appointed. It was also very very cold. We had to contact Shane because the hot water is not instant and there was no hair dryer. Small things but for a short let -3 nights not what you want to be sorting out. The location is perfect and there are fantastic bars and restaurants nearby.

Thank you for your review we always appreciate our guests feedback. We operate a small family run self catering apartment service in Belfast City Centre, we widely advertise our service as self catering and do not intend to mislead any one who books with us. As our apartments are self catering we provide the basics such as tea/coffee on arrival, hand towels, bath towels, a tea towel, dishwasher tablets and toilet roll.

Following check in I contacted Suzanne and asked her to let me know if she needed anything; so I am disappointed she did not let me know she did not find the apartment warm enough. The apartment has large windows but we have received no complaints regarding the heat before.
When I was contacted regarding the hot water we resolved this immediately by instructing Suzanne to press boost button whenever she required extra hot water. I was also contacted regarding organising a hair dryer and I delivered this to the apartment the next afternoon.

We really enjoyed hosting Suzanne and hope she chooses to stay with us again if she visits Belfast again. Kind regards Shane Mullan

  • We ended up staying at the Obel 23.06 since city center was full, but the place was great. As stated, only a 5 minute walk to the shopping center and city center. We easily walked to the Europa bus Center (1 mi), all around Belfast and you are right next to the upscale Cathedral district.

The apartment was in great condition and extremely clean/well kept. Although with such a short stay we didn't get to use it much during the day. The view out to the port and Titanic quarter were amazing with flr to ceiling windows all around.

Thank you Shane for the constant communication, and easy key pick up! The whole thing was a great transaction.

  • Very nice apartment with a beautiful view! Everything was clean and modern. Host was very friendly and nice. The apartment I stayed in did not have a wifi so Shane came and organised Internet for us straight away. Please note you do have to pay for heating if it goes over the meter they check which is easy to do. The hot water was not regular some days we did not have hot water at all. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone else.

    Response from Shane:

Hi Hannah, thank you for your review we are very pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. We are sorry to hear you experienced some problems with the hot water supply during your stay - if you had mentioned this to us we could have easily rectified the issue as there is a boost button located in the kitchen which generates extra hot water when required. We have now included this information in our handover manual for future guests. We really enjoyed hosting you and hope you will choose to stay with us if ever visiting Belfast again. Kind Regards, Shane.

  • Great location, and a nice place overall. Would stay here again.

  • Great place to stay - the view over the harbour is fantastic, particularly towards the Titanic quarter. Ideally situated half way between the docks and the city centre, this seemed to be about the highest building in Belfast. Great as a base for touring the city and my parents loved it.
