Perfect for family and friend reunions from 4-12 people! Spectacular mountain view log residence on 16 private acres. 5 miles to Leavenworth. Stone & brick fireplaces, jacuzzi tub, Cozy Chef's Kitchen, internet, 35 minutes to Stevens Pass. Full access to large main home: 5 bedrooms/2 baths. In winter 4-wheel drive SUV and snow tires are required.

For your safety and ours, please note Covid-19 policies.

The space
A handcrafted home where the logs were salvaged from local forests and all the cabinets and built-ins were up-cycled from local trees by the original owner (butternut maple, walnut, pine, etc.). Great for sleigh riding in winter and hiking all year. The log home has a Chef's kitchen, dining room and living room with baby grand piano which open onto a large deck with expansive views. The media room is perfect for watching the game or a movie with ample seating. Your guests will enjoy the warmth from the huge mason fireplace. Views of this estate with its own private access road are exquisite from every room!

COVID RULES:
Please provide all the names/IDs of your guests at the time of booking for self check-in.

For your safety and ours, we ask that all guests bring their own bed linens (including pillows) and bath towels. We totally understand this is an inconvenience. We have never operated this way, but the current situation requires it in order to provide maximum safety for everyone.  We will provide a clean bottom sheet on all mattresses and ask that you place them in the washers and start the wash upon your departure.

Winter Snow Plow: Please note that due to the estate nature of the property & its 4/10 mile private road, there is a snow plow fee for 1 standard plow during their stay. Additional snow plow fees are the guests responsibility.

There may be other guests in the apartment below the Lodge during your stay. Quiet hours are 11pm - 8am. We encourage your guests to use the media room and top floor for late night gatherings since sound does not carry from those spaces.

There are dogs and cats who live on the property.

REVIEW:
October 2020 - The hosts were phenomenal. Very polite and professional and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The area we stayed in was close to town but secluded enough to feel like you could get away. The accommodations were clean, dry and comfortable. I have absolutely no complaint about our stay.

Guest access
Guests have access to the top 4 floors of the home which sleeps up to 12 and provides the guests with access to four upstairs bedrooms (one additional cabin can be rented for an additional fee).

Bedrooms include one master bedroom with a queen bed and its own double shower bathroom and jacuzzi tub; one loft bedroom/TV room with a queen bed futon adjacent to the master; one bedroom with a king bed also having its own fireplace with sleeping mats with bedding for extra guests; one bedroom with king bed and one twin bed; and a large media room with Mason fireplace that can be used as a bedroom with a double futon couch and one twin bed. There is a second full bathroom and laundry on the main floor. Other cabins are available for an additional fee.

Guests also have access to the authentic Tipi if it is not already rented for sleeping, Yoga, games or scary night-time stories.

This unique log home was built by the original owner out of the trees that he up-cycled from his work as a US Forestry Professional. Every rock in the foundation and stone fireplace and every wood beam, cabinet and molding in the house can be traced back to its original location around Leavenworth.

Winter Snow Plow: Please note that due to the estate nature of the property & its 4/10 mile private road, there is a built in snow plow fee for 1 standard plow before arrival. Additional snow plow fees are the guests responsibility. It is required that guests have 4 wheel drive SUV and chains.
