Welcome to your home in beautiful, tree-lined Fitler Square - one of Philadelphia’s most charming and peaceful neighborhoods, just a 10-minute walk from Rittenhouse Square.

Naudain D is one of four spacious four-bedroom homes tucked safely behind a private security gate, offering both privacy and peace of mind. Each unit comes with its own coveted parking spot - so coveted you might just consider selling your firstborn for a permanent one (but please don’t; we like kids around here).

This particular home also boasts a very large, fully fenced yard - perfect for you, your morning yoga flow, or your dog, who will probably think they’ve just won the lottery. You’ll also have your own private patio with outdoor furniture - the ideal spot for coffee, cocktails, or deep philosophical debates about whether to cook or order in.

Inside, the layout flows beautifully across three levels:

First Floor: A large living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. There’s also a convenient half bathroom - because running upstairs mid-dinner is never fun.

Basement Level: A nicely furnished queen bedroom - technically the basement, but think of it as the “lower-level retreat.” Cozy, quiet, and perfect for anyone who doesn’t mind skipping sunrise.

Second Floor: Two bedrooms - one with a bunk bed and a twin (perfect for kids, friends, or the snorer of the group) and another with a queen bed - share a full bathroom.

Third Floor: The master suite, featuring a spacious king bed, walk-in closet, full private bathroom, and a private deck for when you need a little “me time.”
Only the master bedroom and the living room have TVs - so if you’re looking to unplug, this home’s got your back.

We’ve stocked the space with a few essentials to get you started - Keurig coffee pods, laundry and dishwasher detergent pods, a sponge, bath soap, and shampoo. You’ll also have the convenience of a washer and dryer, so you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your stay.

Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a Pack ’n Play, highchair, and cot available upon request. And if you’re bringing your furry companion, they’re welcome too - for a small pet fee, of course.
