A perfect getaway for a couple, or a couple of friends :) Comes with two bikes to explore and everything you need to relax, including tv with Sling and Netflix, as well as an insulated beach bag with towels and sunblock to get you beach ready :) Only 0.25 miles from the beach and close to many great restaurants and bars! There are two units and this is one of them! The stairs to the home and the little deck outside is the only thing that could be potentially shared, everything else is all yours!

Everything that is indoors in the pictures is all yours as well as the bikes! The shower, yard, and little deck could be potentially shared by neighboring guests :)

I live in the house right in front of the detached garage apartment! I like to let you keep your privacy so you don’t have to see me at all if you like, but if you have any issues I can be there in one minute :)
