Check-in Procedures
If our rental appears dirty or damaged upon check-in, guest shall inform us immediately by reporting any issues. No notification is your approval that our property meets your expectations.

Additional Information:
The management is not responsible for damages or loss of property through fire or theft.
•No boats, travel trailers, golf carts, or motor coaches are permitted within the resort.
•Guests must be 25 years old to sign the rental agreement. Photo ID
•Parking is available at the Towers.

Keys should be left inside the Condo upon departure. Lost or keys not returned will be charged a replacement fee. Lock-outs will be charged by a Locksmith or a comparable fee by property management.

House Parties are Not Allowed:
The person making the reservation shall be held liable for any damage to the property; its contents or surroundings.

The furnishings are not to be moved or rearranged.

The hanging of towels, blankets, rugs, etc. from the porch rails is not permitted due to the Homeowner's Association rules and regulations.

Linens (bed linens and towels) are included.

Please be courteous of our cottage Owners and do not smoke inside the property. Smoking is only allowed outside on the grounds or porch. Thank you!

Phone Service: Is not available in our unit.

Internet Service is available in our Condo at no additional charge. The Owner is not responsible for internet outages caused by the Service Provider.

Fireworks are not allowed at the resort.

Concern for Others
Please observe our Quiet Hours Policy. General quiet hours are observed from 9:00 p.m. through 9:00 a.m.

Furnishings/Equipment: Just like your own home, our homes can experience breakdowns. All efforts will be made to ensure that all equipment is in working order and that any problems are resolved as quickly as possible. Anything out of service should be reported to Sheila Joyner, Cell # (phone number hidden). Although repairs will be made as quickly as possible, no refunds will be made unless the situation deems necessary.

Items left behind: If you request, we will attempt to locate an item left behind and mail it to you. The cost of packaging and postage will be paid for by the Guest. Items not claimed after 30 days will be donated to charity.

Hurricane Season: June 1 – Nov. 30 is hurricane season. In the event the government orders a mandatory evacuation of the area; you will be issued a prorated rental refund for the dates of the evacuation. Provided the rental property is habitable and utilities are operating, you may return after the evacuation is lifted. If you decline to return, we will be unable to refund rent for those remaining days.

This condo could use updating very old furnishings. Could use some beach decor for decorations! Pillows and beds very uncomfortable! The air conditioning in the bedroom was non existent! No tv cable in bedroom! The living room remote had no batteries! The place way over priced for the general dinginess of the condo! Very disappointing

Guests who love the condo rent it for the convenience of being close to the beach, convenient parking and the amazing views from the condo and balcony. The condo is furnished with basic furniture and some may say the furnishings look dated. We were not aware of the air conditioning issue or the TV cable issue in the bedroom until we read the review. We would have fixed those issue... including the AC.

This little condo was perfect for a long weekend with my daughter. Each window afforded a lovely ocean view and the beach was just minutes from the building. Sheila was responsive to my texts and anyone staying in her home will be happy with the experience. We especially liked the well equipped kitchen and having beach chairs in the closet was quite handy. I would definitely stay here again.

The airconditioners and rugs need to be cleaned with anti microable spray to remove the oder and mold.

Great location. Good communication from owner. Condo was as described. Perfect size for my husband and I. We loved being so close to the ocean. We started each day with a long walk on he beach. Many good restaurants and shops close by. Some walking distance. Nice view from the balcony. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony reading a book or having our morning coffee. We would stay again if we vacation in Myrtle Beach in the future.

Enjoyed our time in Myrtle beach. This condo is perfect for a family vacation and came with almost every item we needed for the time we were there. Weather wasn't co-operative but c'est la vie. :) thanks Sheila!
