Interaction with guests
I live 15 minutes from the property and have a flexible schedule to meet any guest's needs.
This house is centrally located to all parts of the city. Downtown, Uptown, the Airport and Mall of America are all within 10-15 minutes. We're just a few blocks from Powderhorn Park, several great coffee shops and cafes (including the Midtown Global Market!) The Powderhorn neighborhood has a very diverse population making it an interesting place to stay.
The house is located 2 blocks from the bus line and about 10 blocks to the light rail. Perfect location if going to downtown, airport, Mall of America or like quick Interstate access. Also, only a few blocks away is the Greenway (Minneapolis’s Bike Trail) which connects to over 51 miles of paved trails that wrap around lakes and along parkways. I have two bikes available for guest to use.
No smoking inside the house. However, there is an open air porch that you can feel free to smoke on. Please no loud music after 9pm. Respect the neighbors.
From Dec 01, 2016 - Feb 28, 2017 the minimum stay is 3 nights.
I am inspired by traveling, meeting new people, and exploring new cultures. Besides living in the US, I have lived in Costa Rica, Panama, Hawaii, the Netherlands, and Venezuela. Traveling, I have become best friends with fellow couch surfers and have had the opportunity to work in a butterfly garden, teach yoga, Spanish, and English. I am currently back in MN raising my 2 year old son and working at coordinating music festivals. I am only able to survive life in MN by leaving for part of the winter. My soul sings with the sun and I take every opportunity that I get to be somewhere warm.
