The Cozy Tree is a 2 bed, 1 bath beautifully remodeled Hi-desert boho chic private home in South Joshua Tree, looking out into the beautiful sunsets over the Joshua Tree Gateway Nature Preserve with views of Big Bear Mountain. Centrally-located 5mins to the quirky ‘downtown’ Joshua Tree, and 10mins to the world-renowned Joshua Tree National Park, it’s in the best location for your adventure to the hi-desert.

The space
Spend your days at the nearby Joshua Tree National Park 10 mins down the road, and return home to spend your nights under the stars from your own private hot tub, outdoor couch, hammock, tree swing, or inside under the cool central AC (or warm central heat) with all of the desert luxury that you can imagine. Listen to music from our vinyl record player, stream a movie on the smart tv from the leather couch over a glass (or two) of wine, and call it a night in your queen-sized memory-foam bed. We first visited Joshua Tree shortly after moving to California (from NC), and immediately fell in love with the hi-desert. Since that initial visit, we dreamt of opening up our very own Airbnb in our favorite weekend getaway, and made our dream a reality in 2019, with the cozy tree as our first Airbnb property.
