The apartment was exactly what I hoped it would be. Right in the heart of everything and walking distance to most of the cities major attractions and some of the best shopping in town. Also, it is literally around the corner from The Shake Shack, which, if you haven't had one... get a smoke stack burger and say thank you. The bed in the master is very comfortable, the ceiling fan really was great, and the place is clean and well stocked for visitors. I really did feel at home.
this place was perfect for our weekend getaway with another couple. rittenhouse is a cute neighborhood, close to shopping with tons of bars and restaurants and of course the park. we were a short uber ride away from the other neighborhoods we wanted to go to. the apartment had everything we needed and everything was easy to find/use. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and the essentials if you wanted to cook (we made breakfast). it was very clean and even though we were near a lot of stuff, it was pretty quite at night.
Andy's apartment is in a great location with lots to do close by and plenty of food choices. The apartment looked just like the pictures and had comfortable beds and very a well equipped kitchen. Checkin was easy despite a little bit of miscommunication (all was sorted promptly by Andy), only slight downfall was the apartment is in an alley that backs onto restaurants, therefore as you walked to and from it often smelt like trash (very minor detail as it did not smell in the apartment and barely affected our stay). Would definitely recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Andy has a lovely home - the perfect size and location for our needs. It is amazing to have a spot to relax on a quiet street but also be around the corner from wonderful city amenities. Andy was great at answering questions, and I appreciated the notes in the home with other details about the house and recommendations for the area. Thanks for giving us the opportunity for a lovely stay in the city.
The listing was just as described. The location was very central but it was not noisy at night. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. It was easy to communicate with Andy. We recommend the apartment.
Andy's flat was nice and tidy. There were written instructions for most aspects of life in and around the flat which was very helpful. The surrondings were nice with several restaurants and food stores.
