Andy was a wonderful host! He was very easy to communicate with and provided all of the necessary information to make our stay comfortable. There is an abundance of information available at the apartment about the area and the location is ideal for taking in the sights! The neighborhood is centrally located and you can easily walk to many shops and restaurants, as well as tourist attractions. The apartment has a well-stocked kitchen which allowed us to make a few meals and enjoy time with our family. The two bedrooms are upstairs which allowed for some privacy, but there is only one full bathroom. The second half bathroom is on the main level with the living room and kitchen. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fun place to stay in the city!
Location Location Location. Peace and quiet. Cozy, relaxed and laid back. Everything is working perfectly and the communication with Andy went smooth and efficient. Clean and well functioning. Thanks a lot to Andy for allowing us to stay at his place :o)
Place was great. Nice having the bedrooms upstairs - separates the living and the sleeping areas in case some people want to stay up a little later that others. It's clear Andy puts a lot of effort and pride into making the place comfortable for out of town guests with maps and whatnot available for you to use while you are in town. The area of Philly is perfectly located - plus on the same block of Shake Shack.
We had a wonderful time in Andy and Karen's apartment. The apartment itself is very welcoming and we really appreciated the little extras available for us (spices, decent cookware, toiletries, etc.). Karen and Andy were extremely helpful and responsive, even going as far as to recommend a place for my husband to get a recovery massage after the marathon. If we ever find ourselves in Philadelphia again, we'll definitely be staying here!
What a great place! We had a wonderful time staying at Andy's apartment. It is tucked away on a lovely side street in the middle of downtown with easy access to restaurants, shops, bars and businesses. There's a yummy thai place just around the corner. The apartment itself is very comfortable and looks exactly like the photos. I adored having a washer / dryer right off the living room! Andy is a very responsive host and I would absolutely stay here again.

We have lived for many years in Philadelphia. We love to travel to get to know new places. We spend spend most of our time sharing good times with friends. We love grilling, watching foreign films, camping, gardening, reading and chilling on the beach. I enjoy photography and my wife manages an office.
