Come and discover the beautiful island of Noirmoutier by staying facing the marshes in a relaxing setting. This small, fully renovated and tastefully furnished house is located at the gates of the bike paths, the beautiful beach of Luzéronde and the town of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île.

The space
Pleasant, recently renovated house, completely independent, you will enjoy all the comforts for a pleasant stay.

House composition:

- A main room with living area, kitchen, dining area overlooking the marshes.

- A first private terrace accessible from the main room with deckchair, garden table and electric grill at your disposal.

- A spacious bedroom with private terrace equipped with garden furniture.

- A bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

- A laundry room with washing machine and everything you need for cleaning.

The house is equipped with everything you need:
- TV
- Kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle...
- Bedroom: new 140 cm bedding, duvet and pillows

In order for your stay to go smoothly, we want the house to remain clean and well maintained, in addition we always leave some essentials: dishwashing product, toilet paper, garbage bag...

Linens (sheets and bath towels) are not provided. You can choose to bring yours or pay us an extra charge upon arrival to use ours (let us know when booking).

The end-of-stay cleaning is to be done by you, if you do not wish to do it we will take care of it for a fee to be paid upon arrival (let us know when you book).
