Come rejuvenate, explore, and make memories - Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Columbia, also known as "Muletown", this comfortable rancher 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for a short or long-term stay. We're a mere 45 mins south of Nashville Airport and the Grand Ole Opry, 3 miles to the Crossings Shopping Center in Spring Hill, 20 mins to Franklin, 3 miles to General Motors plant, 8 miles to downtown Columbia and a hop, skip and a jump from a plethora of historic attractions.

The space
The kitchen sports a gas 5 burner stove with plenty of prep space. As yet, there is no garbage disposal so simply wipe residual foods into the trash before letting the dishwasher take care of the washing for you. The home has a new washer and dryer. Each of the bedrooms and living room has a ceiling fan for an extra layer of comfort. A high chair and play-n-pack are tucked away in the closet. One bedroom has a twin bed and there is a twin rollaway stashed in the walk-in closet.
