1) Master BedRoom#1 - Main floor - King size bed with ensuite shower+sauna, jetted tub, access to main balcony. Wall mounted TV.
2) Master Bedroom#2 - 2nd floor - King size bed attached bathroom with standing shower and dual vanity and access to private balcony.
3) Bedroom#3 - Ground Floor - (Game Room + bedroom) 4 FULL sized beds (2 bunk beds); 2 Twin sized convertible seat or floor mattresses. Full Bathroom with standing shower.
One half bath on Main floor next to Laundry room.
RESORT STYLE POOL& SPA - gorgeous waterfall pool with pebble tech floor to delight our most discerning guests. A great place to rest and relax after long days in the Yosemite Park. Please note Pool is usable May-Sept. ** SOLAR pool heating May-Sept**

SECURITY - The Lodge has multiple security cameras and is monitored by a by security company. All cameras are strictly outdoor cameras and the coverage includes, driveway (back of lodge), front of lodge including pool, fence.

NOTE: This estate is in the middle of 62 acres of nature, but we understand it may not be for everyone. We do have critters around that you might not want to see such as mice, bats, insects, snakes etc. Some of these critters (typically mice & bats) get inside the house. Please do not rent this house if seeing critters inside is an issue or concern for your party. No refunds for any critters alive or dead found inside or outside. Please do not leave doors open as they can get inside at any time.
Everything is in working order, however, should there be any issue (equipment or pest or pool or other) getting vendor support in this area is extremely difficult, and it may not be possible to fix during your stay. We will make every attempt to remedy the situation but note that there will be no refunds/discounts.
PET POLICY: Pet must be pre-approved prior to stay.
Only one pet allowed. Pet fees: $100.
Clean up after your dog, both in public areas and in the yard of the rental property.
Do not allow dogs/pets on furniture or beds. It is also helpful to bring something (bed, blanket, etc.) on which you know your pet will be comfortable sleeping. Many pets are used to being allowed on furniture and beds at their own home, but this is not allowed in our rental properties.
Groom your dog prior to their stay, particularly if it is a breed prone to shedding. Pet hair can be difficult to remove. Extra cleaning fees will be charged for furniture, blankets, comforters, etc. that have pet hair left behind.
Please clean and dry your dog feet after a walk; this will help to ensure that no additional cleaning fee is necessary due to pet related messes (i.e. paw prints and mud on carpet)
Do not allow dogs in the swimming pool or hot tub/spa or bathe your dog in the bathroom.
Ensure that your dog’s medications and immunizations are up to date prior to your stay, especially flea treatment.
You are responsible for any damages your pet causes.

We do have critters you might not want to see, mice, bats, insects etc. Please do not rent this house if seeing critters scares you. No refunds for any critters alive or dead found inside or outside. Please do not leave doors open as they can walk or fly inside at anytime.
