Beautiful space, very elegant and well equipped. The village has eveything we needed for our time there - a little shop and a good restaurant. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the garden when we arrived in the afternoon and had our breakfast there the next day. The hosts were very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed! Our only regret is that we only stayed one night!

What a beautiful location- the church bells and secret garden feel was beautiful and restful. Our hosts were accommodating and checked in- and were in great communication before and during the trip. Come stay at Le clos du presbytery! You'll love it.

Stephane and Sylvie were so kind and welcoming. We arrived from Bordeaux and Stephane came to pick us up, he gave us a wonderful tour of the region, including a visit to surrounding towns, which we otherwise would not have received, and invited us to watch the France - Iceland game with his family. They were very respectful of our privacy and were very warm hosts. They even gave us some of Sylvie's home made jam as a parting gift! The apartment is gorgeous and just the right size. There's a wonderful outdoor space and the house is situated in walking distance to a small market where you can buy any food you may want. Overall, I can't say enough good things. They are incredibly kind and generous people - if you have the chance to stay here, do!

I cannot recommend this enough as the perfect apartment for experiencing vineyards around Bordeaux! This is the perfect location in a quiet town of Puisseguin within easy reach of all of the famous areas nearby. In addition, the town itself is both quiet and possessing the amenities you'd desire if you don't want to venture too far out. The apartment is the nicest place we stayed on our trip to France, and is both spacious, clean, perfectly appointed and possessing everything nice amenity you could need to enjoy your stay. The hosts were most accommodating our changing travel schedule and extraordinarily nice. In addition, the hosts recommendations for the area were all superb and made our experience even more enjoyable, as they have clearly grasped what is needed for people to enjoy their place. This is the place to stay if you want to enjoy your time around the vineyards of St. Emilion!

The Home of the Presbytery is a cosy, well-designed cottage with an outdoor adjacent space. Stephane our host met us as we drove in the gate. He also set up some wine tasting appointments at local wineries in Saint-Emilion. The butcher shop, baker/grocery are around the corner from the cottage. I also shopped for fruits and veggies at the open air market. There is a small restaurant in the village an easy walk from the home. Puisseguin is about a ten minute drive to the city of St. Emilion. The indoor/outdoor space was ideal for sipping wine in the evening and breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed our visit to the Presbytery and our guided tours of the wineries.
