Free Parking, Free self-serve Breakfast items, hot & cold drinks 6 am to 11 am. Breakfast room open for guests to enjoy gathering. 2nd floor sitting area and balcony. Please Note: This 1852 Historic Evans House/ Belmont Inn was built before the Civil War is NOT (ADA) Americans with Disabilities Act approve.

The space
Room 2 White Star is on the 1st floor next to Breakfast area. You must enter room through the private bathroom. See online pics. Entrance hall way built soon through the closet. It’s a lovely quiet room at the Belmont Inn the Historic Evans House Built before the Civil War in 1852 Interior walls 3 brick wide 16” Private in room Bathroom shower/tub. 2nd floor Sitting Library with balcony. 1st Floor Breakfast Room, front Entrance Lobby, Front porch, back Patio, Yard/ grounds. Rooms have Equestrian Names. Enjoy a complimentary self serve continental breakfast from 6 am to 11am with toaster Waffles, Pastries, Bagels, English Muffins, variety of Cereals, Oatmeal, fruit cups and a variety of hot and cold drinks. Hot & Cold water dispenser. Microwave, toaster, mini fridge / freezer with ice for cold drinks and Coffee Keurig in breakfast room. The Breakfast Room is available all day for Guests to enjoy gathering. The Dining room is open 6 am to 11 am. Dining room evening hours available upon advanced request. Information for Local family owned restaurants sent at check in.

This Room is on the 1st Floor. Not suitable for large luggage. Lovely Quiet room with patio view. You must enter first through the bathroom subjected to 1852 home design. Cable TV, Netflix with Free WiFi, Free Parking Mini frig, microwave in breakfast room, Iron, Ironing board and Hairdryer in each room. Coffee, Tea, Juice, water in breakfast room , self serve Breakfast items. This Room is on the 1st Floor
Service dog Pet Fee $35 well groomed non shedding must be pre approved. No cats many guest allergic.

Hello from Linda and Mark Johnson. Thank you for supporting the preservation of this 1852 Historic Evans House. Built before the Civil War. Clean, Comfortable beds, Quiet, Safe, Sound Proof Rooms. Free Breakfast items, Netflix/Cable Flat screen TV’s, Wifi and safe Parking. King Rooms 1,2,3 & 4 have in room private bathrooms. Room 5 double Queen has private bathroom with door code across the hall. Easy self check in with personal door code.
