The space
4 guests maximum.PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF ANY MEMBER OF YOUR GROUP IS A SMOKER! Just stop reading now. Please note that second bath is finished but is in an unfinished basement area. I do not allow people to bring their own linens. I have had a problem with people bringing in linen with pet hair. This is a problem for my guests with allergies. You can tell me exactly how you want me to prepare your linens and I will do it. (See description in my photos)Bleach or no bleach. Starch or no starch. I use whatever laundry detergent you prefer. I have All Free and Clear. I also have laundry soap made from a recipe a guest with allergies gave me with Fels Naptha and borax.  I can get some of your preferred brand. Just be sure you let me know a few days in advance. Great restaurant options in area. Close to Franklin and gem mining and 45 minutes from Helen, Ga which is modeled after a Bavarian village. Where you’ll be

Hayesville, North Carolina, United States

We are in a very woodsy area 15 minutes from the town of Hayesville. Hayesville has several restaurants and one very nice grocery store. There is a convenience store 5 minutes away as well as a Dollar General 10 minutes away. Please note that here in the mountains we have to travel a little further for conveniences. Lovely view of the mountains and valley. Lake Chatuge is nearby and is great for swimming or fishing. Boats can be rented in Hiawassee which is about 20 minutes away.

I am a retired foreign language and art teacher from pinellas county Florida. We have lived here in the mountains for about 15 years but owned our property here since 1992. I do more than 20 craft show weekends per year and love traveling to the shows and making all my fiber art items. Horses have been a lifelong passion for me and I used to train and show dogs. My husband of 45 years and I love to travel all over. We have found cruises to be a lot of fun. Our longest cruise was 27 days and we went all the way to Russia.
