It's very large living room (40 sq m) is complimented by a new kitchen and three bedrooms.
Just off rue de la Préfecture, this rental apartment is right in the heart of the Old Town. It is just a few minutes walk from both the Cours Saleya and Promenade des Anglais. There are countless cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. This apartment, centrally located, is perfect for enjoying all that the Old Town has to offer.

There is a fee for the above of €140 payable in cash on arrival. This is payable to my Property Manager for supplying linen and towels and cleaning in preparation for next arrivals.
Late arrival after 9pm additional Euros 20 fee.
Late arrival after 12am additional Euros 25 fee (so Euros 45 after 12am).
No arrivals after 1am.

There is a security/damage deposit of £400 which is payable directly to the owner at least one week before your arrival. Payment is by PAYPAL only to give both parties security.
This will be fully refunded provided everything is in order on departure. In the event of damage, please contact our representative so that damage can be assessed together.

Extremely spacious lounge and dining room with high oak beamed ceilings. Includes 40" HD Sony TV with Bose surround sound. Wi-FI connection. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for self catering holiday. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have king size beds. The third bedroom has twin beds. Fully fitted air conditioned in all 3 bedrooms, clock radios, table lights, hairdryer. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space with hangers and bedside tables and draws. Bathroom with shower and bidet and mirrored cupboard unit. Shaving mirror.

Bikes are available for rental, there is a station at the end of Rue Saint Vincent
English/French speaking agent on hand to answer any questions or assist in tourist trips, translation, car hire etc.
You will be greeted upon your arrival by my English/French speaking representative who will give you the keys and show you around the apartment.
You will also have her mobile / cell no to contact if any issues arise during your stay.
Wifi is free of charge.
Check in: 4pm on day of arrival, we will try to accommodate earlier arrivals if at all possible. A surcharge will apply for arrivals later than 9pm local time i.e. 20 euros after 9pm and 50 euros after midnight
Check out: 11am on day of departure, we will try to accommodate later departures, but this is less possible in peak season and holiday times.
Should we not be able to accommodate late departures then Wayne 's Bar around the corner in Rue de la Prefecture offer a luggage storage service

Valerie the Property Manager is available 7 days per week for any problems that arise regarding the apartment.
The vibrancy and atmosphere of the Old Town with all its bars and restaurants, a truly magical City.
There are regular buses to almost all of the tourist sites and towns and only 2 euros per person for the bus and 1 euro on the trams. Train station only 15 minute walk or 4 stops on the tram.
Other Things to Note
STROLL AROUND NICE
Enjoy a wander through the lively lanes of old Nice, admiring the Baroque churches which tower above the squares.
Don't miss the flower market at Cours Saleya, then visit Sainte-Réparate Cathedral before climbing Castle Hill. Stop off to taste a famous Fenocchio ice-cream where you can enjoy a refreshing sorbet.
A walk along the Promenade des Anglais is the perfect way to finish your day, offering beautiful views over the Bay of Angels (Baie des Anges).

If you don’t fancy the pebbles, take a stroll along the Promenade des Anglais and admire the azure waters of the Mediterranean form the waterfront walkway.
STUMBLE UPON PLACE GARIBALDI
Tucked away in the north east corner of the city’s Old Town, you’ll find Place Garibaldi.
Visit this delightful, bustling 18th century square and admire the impressive architecture or head for one of the many restaurants or cafes and take a break – it’s the perfect location for watching the world go by.
1. ALTHOUGH YOU PAY A CLEANING/UTILITY CHARGE YOU MUST CLEAR APARTMENT OF ALL GARBAGE, ALL DISHES/GLASSES ETC MUST BE CLEANED AND PUT AWAY ON DEPARTURE
2. Smoking is NOT allowed on premises.
3. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
4. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
7. PETS are not permitted.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
9. No disturbing the neighbours by making too much noise
