No-frills but Cozy 1-bed in an older home’s front section, Denver’s Highlands, across from Highland Park. Dated charm, old but functional fixtures, incl. a kitchenette in a shared kitchen. Steps from the bus, it’s a quick trip to downtown and major entertainment spots, with restaurants and breweries just a short walk away. Ideal for a night or short stay, No 3rd-party bookings, Clean & Sober Living no drugs/alcohol/parties. Must be 21+ ID checked—book for a simple, calm stay!

The space
Quiet, clean, NO frills base camp for those who just need a place to stop off for the night or spend their time out and about enjoying Denver for the week. Situated between two bus stops on main east west bound line to downtown and half block from North South bound line. With rental scooters and bikes nearby. For Health & Safety, guest access to kitchen is restricted. Read restrictions and rules before inquiry.

Guest access
You'll have the Front Door- Private entrance. The Kitchen area is shared with me from the hours of 10AM to 5PM. I live in the rear of the house separated by a security door. I will use the kitchen to prepare my meals and do house laundry. Due to COVID I prefer to keep my distance. Your Kitchenette includes your own small microwave, mini fridge, use of the coffee maker, toaster and blender. The laundry equipment is off limits. Wither renting one or both bedrooms you’ll have the entire front end of the house to yourself. Read restrictions and rules before inquiry.
There is No AC - Celling fans only. Additional floor fans are available in season. Forced air heating additional blankets and electric heaters are available in cold season

Be sure and read all house rules and restrictions before making an inquiry. And I encourage all of my guests, as this is a community, to be sure that your Airbnb Member profile is complete. It makes us host feel like we’re not dealing with complete stranger. Especially if you’re a first time stay and have no previous positive reviews.
