Incredible lake views! Recently renovated home with an open floor plan facing the lake. Brand new updated furniture! This house features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sitting on 2 lots of waterfront land. The upstairs boat dock is perfect for late nights. A covered patio gives you a great place to relax. Cedar Creek Lake welcomes plenty to swim, boat and fish. Facing the lake is a large backyard with picnic tables. The fire pit is fun to gather around. Quaint home for relaxing getaways!

The space
Open floor plan 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and the other bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Brand new furniture in place 05/2022. This was a 1983 Built home that was remodeled - flooring, paint, furnished, etc. by our family. The house sits on 2 large lots facing the lake. The house is on the first one and the second lot is completely open for use and allows guests to have plenty of space to enjoy the lake. An open kitchen plan has a dining table and couches with a Smart Tv. The kitchen is stocked with dining utensils & flatware. The patio is a place to catch a nice breeze during the evenings. Upstairs there is a cozy living room having a desk paired with a desktop computer hooked up to the house’s strong WiFi that would make for a perfect work station. In the back yard, two picnic tables can be used as well as the dock. The upstairs boat dock is a great place to get a tan! The large wood stumps allow you to gather around the fire-pit. There is a outdoor hand washing station and outdoor shower for convenience. Next to the patio there are 2 kayaks- one is a tandem and one is single. There is a 3 person Canoe as well. On the upper level of the boat dock is where you’ll find the best views!
