We only met Tahir once, during check-in. He was very friendly, showed us around in the apartment and gave us tips about the neighbourhood.
The apartment looks like what is shown in the pictures. The neighbourhood has very good location, and apartment is short walk away from "Aldgate East"-station.
One negative thing was that we heard the people living upstairs very well. However, could not hear any traffic.
Very good service, friendly and nice hosts, great location, clean and comfortable place. Stayed there for business reasons will definitely consider it again.
With all amenities and a 2 min walk to Algate East Station that brings you to any part of London and with amazing hosts who have customer service always on their mind, this apartment would make a great stay.
The apartment is really nice, even better than the photos. The location is great for the price, it is in Zone 1, so it is nice and central. It is really close to some really great curry spots. Communication was simple and easy.
Things to keep in mind:
We unfortunately had some very noisy neighbors one night. They were loud and singing at 2am. :(
Appartment was great, clean and comfortable, its not that big but it has everything u need, and just moments from brick lane where you can get indian and arabic food. I did not meet the host, they used a key safe for the key exchange, but they left a pretty good booklet with info around the neighborhood, they answer quickly when you have a inquiry, they even offer to come by the house when i had a problem late at night. The bed could be a little bit better but after a day in london you will get a good sleep anyway. I would stay there again.

A comfortable and clean apartment with pleasant furnishings, I was pretty happy overall. Checked in late at night and picked up the keys from the key box outside. Checked out without meeting hosts but didn't mind at all. The apartment was slightly more spacious than the photos, although the bathroom and specifically the shower were tiny! I'm a small female and found the shower very small. The bathroom also smelt of mold, nothing some bleach wouldn't fix.. The location was good but the area felt a little unsafe after dark. If you stay here you must try the coffee from Exmouth on Whitechapel Rd - delicious!
