Charming independent studio apartment, renovated 2014, 1st floor of a country house with balcony. Double bed + sofa bed. New kitchen fully equipped. Parking space included. 10 minutes walk from the town center and its shops.

The space
In one of the last private estates in Gap, we rent a charming 50 m2 studio apartment, fully renovated and refurbished in 2014. Being under the trees, it is very cool in summer, but also cosy and warm in winter thanks to the recent installed insert in the fireplace.

The studio apartment has an independent access and it is on the first floor of a country house, with a pleasant south-facing small terrace overlooking grass fields and woods.

The country house is part of an old farm within a 10 hectare property, but just five minutes walking from the city center of Gap and its shops.

Minimal location is 3 days, preferably one week in summer (July and August).

The Domaine de St. Mens is a very quiet and pleasant place, in one of the last preserved wood area in Gap. In a lucky day you might be able to see does and fawns on the fields and squirrel and birds on the trees.
