Shared entrance, I live upstairs. This is a plush daylight downstairs, with fireplace, wet bar with fridge and microwave, coffee. Large bedroom and bathroom. No kids, no pets, non smokers only! This is for singles or couples. Not for one to sleep in the bedroom and one bunk in the family room. ( this is also for singles or couples, not a place to stay for hook up weekend)

Home built 11-2017. Daylight basement wet bar with small refrigerator and snacks. Relax in front of the gas fireplace, watch tv or Netflix. Strong Wifi signal. 5 minutes to the airport. Enjoy quiet and very private space. Rooms are spacious. There is a shared entrance

We do have a shared entrance, but the daylight downstairs is private, spacious, and plush. I am a text or phone call away, if you need anything. I respect your privacy.
I have added a 2 bedroom townhouse that is quiet and private and has a single car garage. FYI. Do NOT INQUIRE if you are a smoker!!! Smoke comes in on your clothes etc. Also no pets of any kind. No kids! Please do not be offended… as I will require that you are non smokers/ vapors and no pets or kids!! I require that you confirm and no unregistered guests
