Hello! Nice to meet you! Thanks for coming by. I'm Daniel and it is my pleasure to be your host and share my wonderful new apartment in the heart of Beacon Hill. Ask me anything!
My lovely abode is a beautiful, sunny one-bedroom apartment in one of Boston (and New England's) most desirable neighborhoods. It's where John Kerry lives! A neighborhood full of smiling families, dogs, and trees! Incredibly safe location and area in general. Located at the beginning of the main drag of Beacon Hill, Charles St, this apartment is bordered by numerous scrumptious restaurants, mom and pop clothing stores, bars, salons, and cafes. One of the best places in Boston for brunch! It's such a wonderful area, you may never leave!
The location could not be more centrally located: Approximately 15 feet! from the Charles MGH T (public transportation) making getting around the city beyond easy. Minutes to Cambridge/Somerville, Back Bay, North End, Faneuil Hall & Quincy Market, Boston Public Library, South End, South Boston, South Station, Harvard University via the T, or an easy walk. A 2 minute walk from the beautiful Charles River Esplanade. It is a scenic 15-minute bridge walk to the Kendall/MIT area of Cambridge. Around 3 minutes walk to the Boston Common and the Boston Public Garden, which is a great place to read, walk, run, bike ride, picnic, play frisbee, people watch, ice skate, recite Shakespearean sonnets, fraternize with local dogs, or propose to your loved one.
The apartment is a ten-minute taxi ride from the airport (around $20-$30) or a twenty-minute ride on the Boston T ($2/person).
Furniture is basically brand new and the walls are decorated with arresting, colorful original photography! The apartment will be all yours -- no roommates, pets, or anything to worry about!
Apartment is essentially a 1BR, but functions as a two bedroom without a door in between: One room has a large full bed, the other has a sectional couch that converts into a queen. Apartment can easily sleep 4.
NEIGHBORHOOD (this is all within 3 minutes):

-Apartment unit and building are not new, so they definitely show a bit of wear and tear around the edges (especially in the hallways), but I keep my apartment meticulously maintained and well-loved!
-Apartment is in a very busy area by public transit, a 24-hour pharmacy, a hospital, and a huge intersection so not ideal for light sleepers. Outside noise can be strong.
-Due to narrow staircases, hallways, and wear/tear, apartment is NOT recommended for small children or seniors.
-Two day minimum stay
-My apartment is also available for commercial shoots - video, photography, etc.
You will have access to everything in the apartment - TV, Netflix, Video Games, Wi-Fi, Drinks (non-alcoholic), Snacks, Extra Toiletries
Please ask me any questions at all!
Our original reservation was cancelled less than 2 weeks before our travel date to a big convention that had most of Boston booked up. Daniel saved the day! I needed 3 nights in a place walkable to the convention center (>2 miles!) for my family of four. Daniel's place is adorable, cozy, and central to everything you could possibly need. He was highly communicative, took the time from his workday to meet us, show us around his neighborhood and told us the best places to try and what to avoid. Anytime I had a question, he responded within minutes. He left us tons of snacks, juice, adult bevs, toiletries.. you name it. It was like staying in the apartment of an old (super stylish and cool) friend. Highly recommend staying here!
Daniel was an fantastic host. I rent his apartment while he travelling for business.
He was very responsive to emails and very friendly in his answers and advices.
His apartment is very very nice and well equiped. So cosy that we felt as at home.
Apartment location is fabulous. Grocery shop next door, subway station at less than 1 minute walk. You can find everything you ant on Charles street that starts at the apartment door.
In one word: PERFECT.
I really recommend Daniel’s apartment to everybody who wants to have a nice stay and want to discover Boston.
Daniel was a great host! The apartment was well located, communications were rapid and efficient, and we had all we needed. I recommend staying here.
I can't express enough the convenience of Daniel's apartment in respect to maneuvering around downtown Boston. A friend and I were in town for a wedding (in Medford) and we decided to stay a few extra days to do a little sight seeing. Medford was only a ten-minute cab ride away. The T is literally across the street, but we walked to nearly all the sites (Boston Common, beginning of the Freedom Trail, both one mile) were within two miles. There are so many excellent restaurants, places to shop, and historical sites to see--all within a mile!
Daniel was very knowledgeable about the area, from restaurant recommendations to kayaking the Charles River. (There is also a gym that is nearby.) Though we did not spend very much time in the apartment, as we were always on the go, we did sleep comfortably in both the bed and the fold-out sofa bed. I would feel more than comfortable recommending this rental to anyone. It's nice to know where I will be staying the next time I am in Boston.
Daniel was an awesome host! We used his apartment to shoot a company video and he was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. The apartment is just like the photos - and looked awesome on camera! Daniel's a great guy to work with - would definitely do business with him again.
We really enjoyed our stay at Daniel's in Boston. He was a great host and we appreciated the breakfast items he provided. Location is great! So nice to be near T stop(subway).
Great apartment - Daniel was a very helpful, responsive, and energetic host.
Daniel was a great host from the beginning to the end. Excellent communication and responsiveness. He's been very accomodating with us to hand over the keys etc. The apartment is a nice place to sleep 2/4 people, ideally located in a nice typical Beacon Hill street, very close to the metro and Charles Street. I would definitely recommend this place.
Our stay at Daniel's apartment was great. The location is excellent, literally across the street from the T stop. All major attractions were within a 10 min walk and there are many cafes and restaurants near by. We stayed with two little kids and four adults and the apartment met our needs just fine. Daniel was a great host and was very accommodating and let us know he was there checking in a couple of times. Very friendly and helpful.
I was visiting Boston for work and really wanted to stay in Beacon Hill. I found Dan's place on line and booked it, he came back almost instantly, answered every question and was extremely flexible in getting everything organised as we had quite a complex itinerary. The apartment was perfectly located and well appointed. Would stay again.
