Welcome to Sun Day Fun Day The Bright, Airy and Private Beach Front Condo. Recently opdated with all of the amenities of home! The building amenities are a big deal when looking for the right place to rent and this building ranks at the top. It is in close proximity to the many local attractions, restaurants, shopping, golf, amusement parks, water sports, boating &fishing. Orange Beach is close at hand. Dine in nearby restaurants or take a charter fishing boat and catch your own supper.
The space
Harbour Place Condominiums are convenient, fun, and secure. The condo building has been taken very good care of, just recently our building had a fresh new exterior paint job and all windows were replaced with the latest and greatest beachfront window technology. In Our internet was upgraded to the newest and fast fiber optics, this makes streaming on all devices fast. Also installed was an internet direct wire connect data port and phone in each unit. The building amentities are a big deal when looking for the right place to rent and this building ranks at the top. It is in close proximity to the many local attractions, restaurants, shopping, golf, amusement parks, water sports, boating, fishing, and more. WOW! You can walk straight across the street for Fresh Steamed Seafood available at Lartigue’s Fresh Seafood Market. You can bring it back to the condo and eat on the balcony. Also - Grocery Stores, Great restaurants, and local marinas are nearby. Cotton Bayou, which includes a public boat launch, is near. This condo is well located! Harbour Place Condos, is only a 5 story building, and has quiet secure indoor hallways. It has covered and uncovered parking. You can unload under cover out of the weather. The indoor/outdoor swim-through pool is heated when necessary, and along with the indoor jacuzzi, faces the Gulf. There is a shaded deck, adjacent to the pool, which is perfect for picnics and has several gas/charcoal grills available for your use. his unit has tile all through-out the condo. For your convenience your unit will have a washer/dryer. Harbour Place 302 comes with a well equipped kitchen for your cooking needs. This unit does have a new refrigerator with ice machine. If cooking isn't in your plans, you can choose from many of Orange Beach restaurants to dine, as well. The dining room table will seat 4 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Harbour Place complex offers a grilling area (propane ready) quiet elevator nearby and a heated indoor outdoor pool. This is a low density beach and you can always get a spot on the beach after a short walk from pool area boardwalk. This is a non-smoking, no pet unit and you can expect a clean and pleasurable stay!! This property allows 1 auto per reservaion. an additional pass is $50. There is parking under the building and excess parking in the front of building. This is great as the building is located closer to the beach.
Nearby, you have a waterpark, state park with pier, the "Hangout" just on the other side of the state park, park across the street (10 miles wide) where you can rent segways and enjoy jogging, marina by Perdido Pass, Pirate's Island in Gulf Shores, Adventure's Island in Orange Beach and many restaurants along Perdido Beach Blvd. Publix, Walmart, etc.. so you can have the comforts without driving a distance! Great location and desirable condominium to get away for vacation.

The whole condo is yours during your stay! Master Bed is a King Size with a full bath and closet! The Kitchen Great room Combo is wide open and opens to a large Patio with a great view of the Gulf! There is a half bath off of the kitchen for your guests. This unit is on the west side so the mornings are shaded and the afternoon gets full sun as the sun goes down! You are at the end of the building so you feel very private! -There is One (1) parking pass included with the reservation.
-Amenities include free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen
-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. You will need to provide paper products and additional supplies during your stay.
