Make the most of everything this exciting city has to offer without compromising on sleep and relaxation. This apartment is located on a substantially quieter block than the rest of this busy area. All bedrooms are at the back of the property, with blackout curtains, double glazed windows and the latest memory foam mattresses, all dressed in luxurious all-year cotton duvets, with 2 pillows per guest.

The master bedroom sleeps 2 guests, with space for 2 more guests in the second bedroom (on 2 single twin beds that can be converted into a queen size bed). There is also a sofa-bed in the living room and an inflatable bed for extra guests

A baby crib and high chair can also be offered.

The apartment consists of 2 levels on the 3rd and 4th floor of a renovated period building, accessed by stairs. Entry is via an intercom with buzzer for security.

It can be rented for short stays from 2-3 nights, with discounts for stays of 6 nights or more. This discount increases for 12 nights or more, and bookings can be made for stays of 2-3 months. The price is inclusive of all utility charges and taxes, with no surprise extras.

All bedding, sheets, and towels are provided, with checkout cleaning and laundry also included. Should you wish to do laundry during your stay, there is a washing machine in the apartment.

This flat is managed by a professional support team who consistently provide outstanding customer care. The multilingual team speak English, Italian, French, Portuguese and Spanish, to answer all your questions and needs.

We have a housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure that your flat will be spotlessly clean upon arrival. Our housekeeping service is always eco-friendly, using only environmentally-safe cleaning products.
We welcome children, under adult supervision.

For your convenience we will meet you at the apartment on arrival so you don’t have to go to an office to collect keys. We will provide you with 2 sets of keys and all the information you will need for your stay.

I will send you confirmation right away, with complete welcome pack, directions and contacts. We will meet you at the apartment and hand 2 sets of keys and show you how everything works.

Arrival time is flexible.

Interaction with guests

You will be greeted on arrival, shown around the flat and given two sets of keys for your stay. You are then left to enjoy the flat as and when you like. You are able to come and go 24 hours a day. If you need any assistance during your stay there will be someone you can get in touch with any time.
If I am unable to meet and greet I will arrange for someone who will be able to answer any queries or deal with any issues.
We offer a check-in briefing, and a manual of instructions in the apartment, and also email it in advance. There is no concierge service like in a hotel but we react to genuine emergencies in record time and answer any questions by phone or email or in person. We are unable to reconfigure the apartment for each guest, for short stays, and please don’t move furniture or appliances around.
During your stay, I will make sure either myself or my wife will be available to answer questions or requests you may have, we can be reached via mobile or email, we are here to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Whilst not offering concierge service, we can assist with reasonable requests and certainly any emergencies. A complete Instructions Manual is provided in the apartment, to quickly answer any technical questions- such as how to turn on the cable tv, and WIFI password, etc.

Angel is an eclectic neighbourhood, famous for its nightlife and collection of iconic local pubs, stylish cocktails bars, renowned international restaurants and upmarket, boutique shopping. One of the most in-demand places to live in London, this safe and eco-friendly neighbourhood is also popular with celebrities – Emma Watson, Boris Johnson, James McAvoy, Colin Firth and Lily Allen are all famous faces that have called this vibrant area home in the last few years.

Yet despite it’s amazing reputation and convenient Zone 1 location, the area still has a relaxed, trendy atmosphere. Angel is frequented by local Londoners, with fewer tourists, so you can enjoy an authentic London experience with the luxury of being close to London’s attractions if you wish to explore the city.

Getting around

The apartment is located on Upper Street, an extremely accessible location for all of Central London, North, South, East or West and with unbeatable transport links.

Angel tube station and Highbury-Islington tube station are both 5 minutes walk away and there is a bus stop right outside the apartment. You can even rent bicycles from automatic stations nearby.

There is public (pay and display) parking for your car, should you chose to drive into London. You can park on the street, or a nearby indoor carpark. However, we recommend public transport instead, as it’s far easier and quicker to explore London in this way.

Getting to the apartment from the airport is easy using public transport (tube, train or bus) but it’s more economical to hire a private taxi if you have a lot of luggage or many guests. I will give you the information to book this.

We do have some Rules and these must be followed:
Non-smoking indoors, only outside in the street or in one of the fun beer gardens in the area
No parties in the flat
No additional quests allowed back to the flat other than those booked in
Consideration for neighbours during quiet hours after 23:00-08:00. You ought to receive the same courtesy from them during your stay
No Recreational Drugs
No Student Groups Keep everything where it is and don’t move furniture or appliances around. If everyone did it it would break and we’d have to charge, but don’t try, simple rule really.
No pets- including no-visiting pets from friends (you’re fully responsible for the property, and it’s best to follow this really simple rule)
Kindly take off Shoes in the flat
Furniture and fixtures are not to be moved inside the apartment or removed from the apartment
You benefit from use of a courtesy UK mobile/cell phone. This is on a pay-as-you-go basis, and you are to top up balance to make calls. You can buy vouchers at most convinience stores. We have always provide this service without any problems to date, but please note that the use of the courtesy mobile phone is subject to availability, and there is no 100% guarantee
Third party services: we do our best to ensure selection of the best service providers for internet, tv, mobile phone etc, and maintain all equipment new and in good working order, but we cannot be held responsible for the reliability of these third party services. They are all courtesy of the rental. We do have had an outstanding reliability track record to date
Rubbish collection from the street is daily, rubbish/trash is to be put outside after 5pm
Pets are not normally allowed to stay or to visit the property. You will benefit from a clean and healthy environment, thanks to this rule. The tenant is responsible for any pets allowed to enter the property and any damage they might cause.
The property is to be returned in clean condition (professional cleaning standard) and free from personal belongings, just as found upon arrival. Professional cleaning at check-in and check-out is pre-organised, all you have to do is agree a time directly with cleaners for checkout. Otherwise 10am check-out cleaning applies
Additional extra or regular cleaning for longer stays can be organised your convenience and cost will depend on condition. Rate: £13 per hour. Allow 4 hours for light cleaning, 8 hours for deep cleaning. You will find direct contact details for the cleaning company when you book, and also in the property, to make arrangements directly at your convenience
There is a late check-in fee of £40 for arrivals past 6.30pm which goes to compensate the check in team and £60 for arrivals past 11:30pm). Late check-ins you can pay cash on arrival to our staff. To be paid to our representative upon arrival in cash please.
